Shipping takes too long
Received multiple emails to review my purchase now. It has been 3 weeks and I my purchase still has not arrived. Cannot speak to the quality of the product yet, but shipping time is horrible. Also would rather not be pestered to review a product that I have not received yet. So far not impressed.

No items, no money back and very custumer unfriendly
I ordered and paid for leashes on October 3rd. Since October 19th, it says my order has arrived in Ukraine, even though I live in Austria and provided my address correctly. I've sent two emails asking where the item is and how I want my money back, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response from wau dog . No item, no money back, and no response, very unpleasant.

not happy
it took forever to arrive, then checked on chewy and the price was 50% of what i paid. Also it doesnt glow unless charged by UV light and does not hold a glow for long at all.

Our leash broke within a year after…
Our leash broke within a year after purchase. We reached out since their warranty covered 2 years of use and our leash broke after only 1 year. After reaching out to their team (asking what warranty) they asked us to pay $14 to ship a replacement leash which is almost half of a new leash that has yet to arrive…

Scan code rubs off after about a week.
We bought the reflective collar for two reasons.Obviously the reflective aspect and the fact there is a disc with a scan and contact aspect.The glow is so dull it can't be seen from any distance over a few feet.The disc scab code rubbed off after our dog went into the undergrowth two or three times. Very cheap pri ting process.Waste of time.

Never received order, no customer service response
I ordered a leash on 2/26 and have not received a shipping notification or any other communication from WauDog since. I reached out to customer service multiple times weeks ago and have not heard back. I’m starting to think I was scammed. Be careful buying from this company!

Items purchased still not shipped 2 weeks after placing order
I ordered 2 collars on 13th January got order confirmation and my card charged and message stating I would receive an email once order was shipped. It is now 29th of January I have received no such email. I have sent multiple emails over the last couple of weeks to the to customer care addresses on both the email order confirmation and the contact us details on the store website which state they will respond in 24-48 hours I have had no response to any email communication.

Defective products unable to contact
I ordered four leashes; two orange and two black. I’ve had these leashes before and they are great. Virtually indestructible. I bought four of them from you and they ripped first time out, each one. I have sent you emails and tried to contact you via phone. I am now speaking to American Express to dispute the charge.
