I've had my WR for 9 years. The quiet swishing of the water makes using it a pleasure, even if I'm doing a harder workout. And the wood makes it a beautiful machine as well.After almost a decade, my WR needed work. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond in getting my machine back in shape.

it's a pretty great piece of craftsmanship. only a couple of small problems/complaints for me. 1 being there is nothing to hold the handles closer to you when at rest. i fixed that (and a stripped bolt problem) by stuffing a small piece of metal in between the wood on the top/front. the other problem is this seems to be designed for women. the feet are way too close together for a male stance. i have to adjust myself (being male)often as i row. it disrupts my pace and my comfort. i'm not a big guy either. 5'10'' 156 pounds. great product otherwise.
Very pleased with the rower. Customer service great and the company couldn't have been more helpful when we ran into problems putting the rower together.
When my rower arrived there was a small dent in the rail. I called them and they sent me a new one immediately. Customer service is great and the rower is great. Very happy with the people and products of this company.

I have been a long time user and supporter of water rower. I have 24 machines and have had them for about 15 years. This machine is a good rower but needs a lot of maintenance. You can imagine I’m doing it constantly with 24 units. The tubs are vulnerable to the seal breaking if they get bumped together, as in setting up class or storing them. The company has really just created a poor parts replacement policy which is a big cost to our nonprofit veterans organization. They now make you buy a glue gun with each purchase of the already ridiculous priced epoxy tube. If you are not mechanically inclined, this is not the rower for you.
I really do not writing reviews before receiving the product but as I have doubts that it will happen at all at this point I am going to do one now. Customer support has been abysmal in trying to find out when my new rower will ship and lackadaisical at best as to my plight. A few days after ordering I was given a ship date that would have been 5 business days from my order. When that did not happen, I contacted them on Monday and was told they were running behind because of some audit and that it would ship later in the week. On returning to their site a couple of days later the status stated the order was "unconfirmed". So I wrote ask what that means and the agent asked me in return he did not understand the question. In reading some of the lower rated reviews I now see this is not unusual for the response or lack there of. I will update the review when I get the Rower and adjust accordingly. Just know that the shipping process is long and cumbersome compared to others.
The design of the rower is nice to look at so I don't feel like we need to hide it all the time. I really like the actual water sound when using it. Happy with our purchase.

I love my waterrower. It’s well made, easy to assemble and easy to use. The staff was great at answering my questions. I’m 75 and need weight bearing exercise and this is a perfect addition.

I love the waterrower smooth except when I filled the tank and started to row there was water of the floor because of a crack in the tank. I received a new tank no cracks when I started to row there's a noise its not the water sound I recorded the sound and sent it to waterrower no response sent again nothing. Unfortunately customer service isn't getting back to me. tmsurger
