DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
I purchased 6 chairs and only 4 arrived. Those were assembled incorrectly as the screws they used were too long and began poking through the seat of the chair. The other 4 chairs have yet to be delivered and the many calls to the customer service line have reps that promise a return call, which has yet to happen. This has been going on for 4 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Poor quality, poor customer service, improper installation of goods.

they sold me an item that wasn't in stock. I had to wait over a week for them to tell me that. If i didn't keep calling, who know when they would have told me.

No response or follow up to the order
I made an order (10316866) and was told it was confirmed and I would receive an email about delivery. I did not receive such an email and I have tried three times to phone but nobody answers even after an hour. All I have received is the invoice and I assume that the payment has been taken. Following advice about online checking leads only back to the same site with no progress. Very disappointing.

Do not deal with this company
Their website is not working properly. Made an order and did not receive any confirmation that the order was made. But the credit card payment was made instantly. After that, for a week now I have been trying to get either the goods or the money, to no avail. Some promises, and it is impossible to get through on the phone.

Not suitable for dealing with perfume
They provided a perfume in the place of the perfume I ordered, when the difference between them is clear, this is a frequent phenomenon especially among people who treat perfume in a disdainful way, meaning they don't have what I ordered, so they send another from the same manufacturer

Deceptive marketing practices - Hidden expiry on Albums
Deceptive marketing practices - ordered two albums and made sure to check for an expiry date. On a 22 inch screen, there is nothing about it in the area where you order. Only if you scroll down can you see it. Nor is it in the email sent with the order - unless you click through to print the voucher (which who does?).Customer support "will check" - but tells me I am at fault and not to expect any help. How does it hurt them to extend the expiry on a service they themselves provide? Where exactly is the customer service here?

The system thinks that I am registered but I only checked out as a guest. No one is replying to my emails, I can't get into the system to complain, no one answers on Twitter. Fix your support capabilities, it's awful.I bought a TV and that was delivered quickly, but no one came to install it even though that was supposed to happen. No phone calls or text messages.My other purchase was supposed to come within 14 days and still has not arrived. I will never purchase from them again.

Lots of good stuff for good prices for sale here, I just wish they could ship all of the items together and that they would accept Paypal as a payment method, I don't think they do now?
