Good, quick setvice.
Great service and quick shipping. UPS on the other hand was less that’s desirable, dropping the board on concrete, ripping the box but luckily it was packaged well and survived.

Surfinity Boat Shield
The Surfinity boat shield is fantastic! It is made very well and very durable. It is easy to install and remove, also fits like a glove. It fits over or under our boat cover, also fits great around the bow roller as well.

Expect significant delays for ballast bags
The website claims 3-4 weeks for custom ballast bags, but this is heavily misleading because I am sitting at almost 8 weeks with no bags in sight. They constantly reply in support tickets that they are waiting on "parts", even though the bags are made from readily available materials.. so it doesn't make sense unless their entire production is blocked. I don't feel like they are being truthful in their support emails, and they keep pushing the estimates back.

Valve is Awesome
My order showed up within four days and everything was included. The valve was relatively easy to install and has made my ballast system much more user friendly. I installed the valve the fill line to my starboard rear stack, which is our normal off-surf side. Now I fill the bow bag first with the valve and then switch to the starboard rear bag. Awesome upgrade and much easier than installing another pump to get the job done.

Good stuff
Delivery was on schedule. The propeller fit as it should. Felt performance improvement right away. The boat seemed to have more low end torque and got on plane much faster.
