Customer service actually replied!
My bike arrived with a cracked reflector (probably FedEx's fault). Emailed support, and they sent a replacement part within 2 days. Super responsive.

My dog loves the basket.
Got the trike specifically to take my old pug for rides. He sits in the back basket, and we cruise around the park. The bike is stable and feels very safe.

Perfect for my bad knees
The electric assist is a lifesaver. I can pedal when I want, but when my knees start acting up, I just twist the throttle. I feel like a kid again.

Love the bike so far
Love the bike so far, battery life has been good for my rides. I replaced the seat, pedals, and grips because the standard didn't fit my body well. "Vira" is resting for the winter but I can't wait to get back to riding in Spring.
