Really helpful at first
Really helpful at first, and even guided us to the villa. Villa was gorgeous too. However, knowing that families come to these villas there was zero child safety in place, not only that the main stairs leading to the lower floor were easy to miss as the flooring and stairs were all white tiles. So it was very easy even for an adult to miss the first step and fall. Had our kids fall just beside the stairs many times but luckily no injuries on the stairs. Security was another issue. They told us to lock up properly at night time due to high theft rates around the villa areas, and to make things worse their shutters/blinds didn't work for the back entrance which put us and our belongings at risk the whole time. Then the heated pool was hardly heated, temperatures were mild so it was still chilly, and they wasted 3 days of our 7 days trip. Not only that no discount was given and on top they lied about everything and eventually as our time came close to an end they became rude. Kept half of our deposit telling us we left the place in a mess, so according to them not doing a few dishes at end or not making our beds was considered a "mess". Even though they had ALREADY charged for the cleaning BEFOREHAND. Company is run by a bunch of rude and unorganized liars. Ruined our whole trip, please don't waste your time with them.

Right till the end of our conversation over the phone and through email they keep saying that I can't speak to the owner of the Villa because he is not available, but actually she was the owner to whom I was talking. Lair.

Once we went to Spain 13 years ago ,and we were robbed.Scared to gi their again but thought things might have changed since then but We were taken by surprise when we found out that our deposit for this villa hire , is NOT going to be refunded😤😤!!Nothing changed guys , you will still get robbed , no matter if you are on the road or back home safely. 500 Euros is not a joke when families try to find peaceful time off , after working hard through out the year to be able to treat our families with some good quality holiday.Pls pls don't make a mistake booking this villa.Cos a tissue paper was left , which we don't think we did. They can get their hands on all your deposit.!! Cleaning costs was already paid and we still left it very clean.Don't let them fool you by word 'HEATED POOL' the heating never got turned on!!! The security shutters were broken, BBQ didn't work so rather than compensating us , they ROBBED US!!Stay OFFF

Biggest thieves not holiday company. Don't book your villa with them. Made us pay so much extra by lying. The swimming pool was not working for half of the days, as it was suppose to be heated pool. Plus the shutters had problem as well. Our rubbish was not collected. And they kept our deposit as well. We paid for the cleaning afterwards but they took extra money from our credit card. Scums

Absolute scums!, spanish thieves by true nature who thrive upon attracting customers using beautiful pictures on their websites to represent their facade, only to then absolutely rob you of your whole experience and memories via their atrocious conduct which shows 0 considerations for their customers ( the lady owner confirmed on the phone she doesn't give a dam about reviews). Absolutely atrocious conduct and experience. They've also kept our deposit by making up false claims to which some of their management agree and some dont. For example, first you get a call from the management to say we can have a full day stay for free as a goodwill gesture due to the swimming pool not being heated as promised for the first 2 days and then later, not only denied making us this offer and charging us extra for the "free" day but also for the 2 days when the pool heater wasn't even working!!! Stay well away from these scums, they have no regards for their customers and use cheap spanish tactics to then steal more money from you!!
