I ordered a silver ring on the 29th of Jan and it arrived on the 15th of Feb a little over 2 weeks for a hand made to my size item. Outstanding. Oh and the ring is beautifully made, it looks and feels amazing.
Avoid like the plague,The email addresses dont work meaning you cant email them, webchat is hit and miss and sometimes they dont reply at all.Waited 5 weeks for item to be sent it was damaged beyond repair and not delivered and I can't contact them to get them to send me a replacement. Honestly avoid at all costs
