This is a little bit different type of review for Dr. Bri but this is the type of stuff I like to know when I'm considering buying a course or signing up for coaching, etc. with someone so thought I would share here...I'm a marketing strategist and I worked with Dr. Bri on her business helping her with various projects over the course of 8 months.The first thing I want to say is she deeply cares about the work she does and the women she does it for. She's incredibly skilled and knowledgable and is constantly working on learning more.The stuff she teaches really works... My partner has done several sessions with her and it's been life-changing for her. It's been incredible reading through all of the stories and testimonials from the thousands of women that have benefited from the various resources Dr. Bri has put out in the world.At the human level, she's as genuine as they come. I can't say enough good about Dr. Bri and the programs she has put together. I went through the Overcome and Lift programs, and then Momentum. Momentum is so special, as she provides small group coaching and two one-on-one sessions that are totally geared to individual needs. There are also 30 exercises you can access through Momentum which bridge the gap from the Overcome and/or Lift programs to help you prepare for other exercises you can do as your pelvic floor continues to improve. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is very caring. And it all shows - all the time!! And another bonus - once you sign up for the programs you have lifetime access to them - which really is great as you can revisit them as your body needs them.

I have high standards when it comes to finding help, having worked as a Health Professional, first in conventional Western Medicine, and then Holistically. I know it can be challenging to find great people who understand & embrace the best of both … and Dr Bri is GREAT. She is not just a Health Professional (albeit one at the top of her game ~ with her years of experience & education clearly showing) … she is also an Intuitive … and a person with a true understanding ~ and lived experience ~ of what it takes to holistically heal. For those who have an advanced knowledge of Holistic Medicine she has you covered, for those who are beginners in this world she will meet you there. Enduring Relief
I've been doing the Transform Pelvic Pain program for men for about a year now. I did the entire program over a course of three months, but continue to do specific routines daily. I can say I have found enduring relief from my problem, which I have been dealing with for years. I find myself sleeping better, and using the restroom less frequently. I have found particular value from the deep relaxation routines, which have improved my overall mood. One of the big takeaways of this program has been the way I now associate stress with flareups in pelvic pain. I wish I had discovered this program sooner.

I currently use the Overcome Program and the Lift Program from Dr. Bri's Vibrant Pelvic Health Course. Although it has been about five months, I notice relief in some significant ways. The amazing 'Lift Programme'
Dr Bri is so knowledgeable on pelvic health and also incredibly encouraging. Hearing her story and how she has healed definitely has given me the confidence that I will see an improvement too. The 'lift programme' is amazing and I started it slowly taking around 6 weeks so far. The exercises gradually get more challenging as you progress through the weeks and I like that she encourages you to learn about other techniques such as Hypopressives, meditation and massage(to help with fascia) to compliment and use in your 'tool box'. I now have more awareness of my pelvic floor and can feel it's engagement. My pelvic pain is much improved and I enjoy hips up time every day. I just feel more confident, calm and more informed on what I can do now and look forward to healing and seeing improvement overtime. I can't recommend this programme enough as my own experience of visiting a pelvic health physio wasn't great but I understand services differ greatly in the UK. I already followed Bri on Instagram and YouTube so was familiar with her prolapse videos and knew that she would be able to help me. Thank you Bri

Overcome
After 7 years of seeing doctors and PT's - and doing lots and lots of kegels without any real progress or relief- I was hopeless and I feared that my condition was there to stay. That thought had a huge emotional impact on me. It was time to try something different and I started the Overcome program. Releasing and relaxing my pelvic floor felt awkward and felt like doing nothing or at least nothing "useful", but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. In month One I already experienced symptom free days. I slowly progressed to month Two with ups and downs and flare ups. Today I have started month Three and I am happy about that. Now I truly trust that I can get better. Not in a day, but in time I will. I now know what to do and what not to do when I flare up. I am grateful for getting me " off" the track of doing (only) kegels and to the path of release and relaxation, and strengthening when ready. I especially thank Dr Bri for bringing my attention to the interview with Anna Crowle and the role of myofascial release of scar tissue in the pelvic area.

Outstanding Program and Value
I had a prolapse diagnosis over 7years ago and followed the medical path of Urogyn and pelvic floor therapists but is wasn't until I happened upon Dr. Bri that my whole way of approaching my prolapse changed for the better. It is a mult prong approach with proper breathing, proper form and proper strengthening and stretching. I found no one else with her precise instructions and cueing. I made so much more progress with Dr. Bri and Lift. She should be the biggest name out there in Pelvic Floor restoration because there is no one who offers her expertise and guidance. The LIft program (as well as her others) are worth way more than the amount charged! Your health is important and you will always use the strategies that Lift imparts!

Healing IS possible
Being diagnosed with prolapse is devastating news, especially when you are young. No one can understand the pain and challenges associated with it unless they experience it themselves. My healthcare provider dismissed my concerns or flaunted surgery as the only option. I have been very depressed, stopped all physical activity, and restricted myself to walks in the backyard. Even those short walks exacerbated the heaviness and pain in my pelvis. I spent hours looking for more information on prolapse, alternatives, and hope. I stumbled upon Bri’s channel, watched many of her videos, and cried my heart out. It was the first time I felt someone understood what I was going through. I felt that there was hope for me, that healing was possible. Her teachings are full of wisdom, joy, and compassion. She pours all her heart into the content she creates, and it shows. Dr Bri's pelvic health program "Lift" is excellent. She explains the anatomy of the pelvic floor very well, demonstrates several ways to activate the pelvic floor and takes you through the progressions in a very simple and understandable as well as effective manner. You can see her passion and genuine enthusiasm for this area of health. I also loved her mindfulness program attached to the lift program as well as the kegel camp and maintenance options after completing the program. It truly was so inspiring and I am now practising the pelvic floor exercises that she recommends daily. Very functional and easy to incorporate on a daily basis. Thank you very much. This truly was an incredible offering to the world of women and their pelvic floors. Thank you.

Life CHANGER
When I was first diagnosed with prolapse as a 23 year old, I felt so utterly broken. Ive never had babies and thought that was the only way to experience prolapse. I haven't even explored my pelvic region and only knew what a kegel was. I thought my sex life was over before it even began. Dr Bri and her community, let me tell you, quite literally saved my life. I would look on endless reddit posts about what i was feeling and I couldn't connect with them because they were all postpartum women or women who are older. I was depressed, shaming myself, which made me and my prolapse feel so much worse. Dr Bri is an absolute angel sent from above. I am only one month into Overcome Pelvic Pain and I feel like a different woman (I was diagnosed with high tone pelvic floor on top of a prolapse). Not only did she HELP my state of mind she helped me physically. One month in and my prolapse symptoms are easily manageable. I'm no longer scared, if anything I feel more prepared which trumps fear anyday. I'm so excited to continue into the rest of this program then move onto Lift. I can't even imagine how I will feel at the end of these two programs if I feel like this one month into ONE PROGRAM!! Now I honor my prolapse and I thank my pelvis for how strong she is and how much she's endured. Because your body DID NOT BETRAY YOU!! You just need a little extra lovin' ♡ I REALLY CANNOT STRESS HOW MUCH I SUPPORT THIS BEAUTIFUL WOMAN!! Program very informative and supportive
I am 63 years old and consider myself in good health overall. When I discovered bulging, pulling and heaviness in my pelvic area, it felt terrifying. I participated in the Lift Program and finished 5 weeks. I am now on Maintenance and added some more exercises to strengthen my upper body from Dr Bri’s videos on YouTube. Big encouragement I have received from Anna in one of Bonus Training videos "Scar Tissue Release". Her information was very valuable for me. After completing the program, my bulge still comes out on and off, but it is much better now. I do not regret buying this program and I would recommend it to anyone who is dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction. After 5 weeks I can already see a change and I am positive I can continue to improve my condition even more. The program was very informative and gave me hope. Surrender to little by little and make it last
Hi Dr. Bri. I am Lydia. 52 years.I did the 5 week Lift program this summer. And I got to say, the best thing for me is to continue doing is one of the simple morning primers: on my knees, zip up core, & lift each leg 10 times. What I mean is, I’m trying to carve out the time for myself to do that everyday. I’m recognizing that it’s important just to make it permanent- that habit. It takes so long for my will to acquiesce! I want fast results. But I know that just like my piano teacher said, it matters less how much I practice and more that I struggle to make it (practicing) a habit everyday. Love the Program
Currently I am doing both the Overcome and the Lift Programs. The exercises in the programs are wonderful, and they have taught me how to properly do the exercises that I have done for years without causing problems to my pelvic floor!
