The steam table leaks
The steam table leaks, and the 7 qt containers are discolored despite the fact that we use pan liners. I was informed that someone would be in contact with me in 24-48 hrs. ( that has not happened yet). I asked many times for someone to please call me, and that never happen either.

Poor packaging
I ordered heavy duty landscape fabric and it arrived in laughably flimsy cardboard boxes that were heavily taped by the shipper and nearly destroyed.

unable to program the safe you are suing AI absolutely erroneous a machine will never replace an technician guiding you step by step to troubleshoot the problem, instead you get these stupid replies. will never shop online to these unknown companies regardless of their offers like the old saying you get what you paid for.

The machine doesn't come with the 1/2"…
The machine doesn't come with the 1/2" chopper and it's sold out everywhere. A French fry isn't a French fry unless it's 1/2" thick imo.

I cannot get any grease to come out of the grease gun. I have tried everything in the instruction book to no avail. I'm going to try one more time and if it doesn't work I would like to return it for a complete refund.
