I’ve had an amazing experience with First Tix. The app is easy to use, well organized, and consistently offers great events. As a first responder, it genuinely means a lot to feel seen and appreciated, and First Tix does exactly that. Being able to attend concerts, games, and events for free has been such a morale boost and a reminder that the community truly supports us. Huge thanks to the generous donors and organizations who make these tickets possible—you’re spreading joy, gratitude, and positivity in a real, meaningful way. I can’t recommend First Tix enough; it’s an incredible program that brings smiles, memories, and a little extra light to those who serve ❤️🎟️

Vettix and its sponsors is an amazing organization! It gives veterans an opportunity to to get out and enjoy local venues and entertainment. Concerts, sporting events, shows, and you always run into other veterans at the events. It’s always an amazing night/afternoon out. Thank you VETTIX!!!

VetTix is now a rip off
VetTix used to be legitime, but as of Jan. 1, 2026 I have NO idea what is going on with them. I spent MORE THAN $150 on delivery fees, but DIDN'T GET A SINGLE TICKET! It sems like they are just a rip off anymore. There is no customer assistance online or over the phone. Do you many people I have to disappoint because you ripped me off? If you really want to see an event, don't count on these guys to deliver the tickets.

Grateful beyond words
As a former first responder, I can’t fully express how much organizations like Vet Tix and 1st Tix mean to people like us. It truly warms my heart to know there are individuals and organizations out there who care enough to donate these experiences as a simple “thank you” for service.We don’t expect these opportunities, and no one is obligated to donate tickets — which is exactly why it means so much. It’s a genuine act of appreciation, and it does not go unnoticed.Being able to share these moments with family and friends creates memories that last far longer than the event itself. To the donors and everyone behind the scenes making this possible — thank you. Your generosity matters more than you know.

Vet Tix makes events affordable that would otherwise be out of my price range. I've had nothing but a hassle free time when getting tickets. They have been on time every single time. I can not say enough good things about this company and what they have allowed my family and I to do.

This company is an absolute blessing and has helped my family enjoy events we may not have otherwise been able to attend. 20 year combat retired veteran here, and can’t say enough good things about VetTix. God bless this company, what it does for veterans and what it stands for for our great nation.

LOVE the VetTix organization!!! They have provided me and my family so many opportunities to see great concerts and activities that would have been out of my reach due to cost. As a dual Veteran family, I cannot recommend them or THANK them enough! Some of my favorite concerts were P!NK, Mercy Me, Peter Pan Ballet, Disturbed, Five Finger Death Punch, Zach Williams, K-Love Christmas concert with Matt Maher, Chris Tomlin, Gary Clark, Jr. Styx, Texas State Football games... oh, gosh there are too many to list!!!
