After many years of fighting with the VA I finally gave in and reached out to Gage. The IG posts definitely did their job. Lol. Best decision of my life!! He set me up with Nate and I couldn’t have asked for a better coach. Overall great guy and very genuine. It took time but after waiting so long it was worth it and paid off. Logan is top tier when it comes to Va claims and helping deserving veterans that have gone through things that most never know about. Logan was checking in weekly for appointments and times, guiding me through all of my paper work and trust me I had over 1,400 pages of medical history from serving. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Vet Claim Ops services! I was working with Gage for a little over a year and his customer service and support is unmatched! I worked with a different but similar company years ago and while they did the job, Gage helped me get 100%! The process took longer than “normal” but Gage guided me and checked-in every step of the way. His communication was phenomenal! I was hesitant about going ahead with Vet Claim OPS, but after interacting with Gage and him explaining the process made me feel seen and heard. Im no Expert and I had been through the VA meat grinder. I was stuck at 60% and with Albert's expertise plan and coaching, we where able to get to 90% so far with other stuff pending in 5 months. Albert has been amazing and very involved helping identifying my best path, setting a plan and guiding me to execute it.
