Have ordered from them a four times, only once has a vinyl arrived without any mishaps. They are used to delaying shipping dates without any emails to inform you, they don’t answer customer care emails and I had to tag them repeatedly on instagram stories to get their attention.

Ordered a limited edition, cat-shaped vinyl for my daughter. I paid $26 for the item plus a similar amount to have it shipped – I'm in the UK; Vertigo Vinyl are in the US. Ordered in October 2025, vinyl release date was beginning of February 2026. I was super excited when I got a notification to say the vinyl had been shipped.We waited until the end of February and the package eventually arrived. The box the vinyl was posted in was intact despite almost a month of shipping. However, when I opened the box the sleeve of the vinyl was damaged.The vinyl itself is a 10" size and the cardboard sleeve is a 12" size. During the shipping, the vinyl has obviously slid and pierced the cardboard sleeve.I contacted Vertigo Vinyl and explained the sleeve was damaged and were they any spares they could send. They said they weren't and offered me an $8 refund, which I begrudingly accepted.This was bought as a collector's item and the value of it was obviously considerably reduced due to the damage. Beware ordering shaped vinyls like this from Vertigo Vinyl.Positives: the vinyl wasn't damaged and communication was timely. Unfortunately the damage to the sleeve and the paultry refund has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Emailed over two weeks ago and had no response, even tried to dm on instagram and comments on their posts. Terrible customer service, definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Unsure if my order I’ve tried to cancel will even arrive

Ordered a record which was allegedly shipped over a month ago but has not been delivered. They dont respond to emails or messages on their social media. Im having to do a bank charge back to get a refund. Really bad business, zero customer service.

Committed fraud to avoid cancelling my order
I've emailed several times trying to find out why my order wasn't being shipped as it was well past the shipping date, and right when I ask to cancel the order and get my money back they mark my order as shipped. It's been 5 days, and USPS still hasn't received the vinyl from them. They marked it as shipped simply so I couldn't cancel and still have not replied to me thru email or social media (it's been 2 weeks). They also deleted comments I made on their tiktok account calling them out for it. Very scummy and not excused by being a "small business"

I ordered a vinyl that is by far my favorite so far. I was a bit nervous because it didn’t ship out for a few days but it will dont worry. It states clearly on their site your order will be shipped at the end of the month it was placed. It makes since because I’m sure thousands of orders come through. Nonetheless these guys are legit and I’m very happy and will be buying much more from vertigo in the future! Customer service is also excellent if you call them and they are very kind. Thank you!

My order that I placed six weeks ago is still an absolute no show, even after politely contacting customer service about this twice, to no response. Although I understand this is an American based company who has to - in my case - ship to the UK … this was an exclusive drop where both vinyls came to over £50 each, so to have given them this much money, and not only have nothing to show for it, but also no idea where my vinyls even are or what’s even happening with them … all this time later … it’s incredibly disheartening. It doesn’t help seeing other reviews where people talk about receiving their records three months late and broken on arrival. I really hope this isn’t how my case turns out, especially as Natural Born Losers is an album of great sentimental importance to me. I’ll try getting in touch again with fingers crossed that there may be help this time, but yeah … just really disappointing so far. If this is resolved I’ll take my review down, but it’s certainly discouraged me from buying from them again in the future.

Worst shop of my life!
Worst shop of my life!Uses AI to communicate with customers and is not able to correct a mistake they unfortunately made…so I didn’t even get the products! They stopped answering me for about a month now regarding the issue and I did not get my money (over 130$) back.I’m really sad and I just can’t recommend enough: buy at your local vinyl store!!!

Maybe great for Americans
Maybe great for Americans, but terrible for international buyers, where an address can easily be incorrect. I ordered a record in August. Unfortunately, it was sent to Australia (AU) instead of AT (Austria). I contacted everyone, but no one was interested, and the seller didn't even respond. They even attempted delivery in Australia, despite my contacting them... simply unbelievable. Now I'll probably have to wait another two months, and since the record contains liquid, it will most likely break. Very annoying....

Rude customer service, damaged products. Avoid!
Pre-ordered Married in Mt. Airy in November 2024. When it arrived to me in the UK in February 2025 it had a 3 inch seam split, creasing to the cover and insert and water damage. Understandably I was fuming. I emailed them and as I knew this was a limited press I asked if a full refund was possible. After a lot of back and forth with their customer service team who were quite rude and a pathetic offer of less than £10 refund on a £60 transaction, I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank. Vertigo then tried to take payment from me again after the bank successfully gave me my refund but thankfully they blocked it. The packaging they use to ship their products is flimsy and judging by other reviews, this is a common enough issue. I'll never shop with them again.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! My original vinyl arrived damaged - the sleeve was badly bent and the record itself had visible warping. Even though I missed the return window, they were so understanding and worked with me to find a replacement I’d be excited about. Communication was quick, friendly, and accommodating. They turned a frustrating situation into a great experience, and I truly appreciate their kindness and flexibility. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

Annoying, bad, untrustworthy
Made an order, directly afterwards i wrote the support to please cancel an item, they agreed to cancel it, when the package arrived after 2-3 Weeks the item that should have been canceled was still in the package and i also got another item that i never ordered instead of the correct item. I had to explain it to the support 2-3 times and still dont got my money back.

Avoid like the plague!
Pre ordered Bôa Whiplash exclusive for my sons birthday, meant to be released on the 16th of May. Despite multiple emails, item wasn't shipped until the 4th of June and now it is showing on my account as 'fulfilled' even though the vinyl is sitting in some warehouse in the US waiting for USPS to pick it up. I still have not received it and their customer service is absolutely horrendous. Don't make the same mistake as me, order elsewhere!

Sent an email to customer care on may 25th asking for the order to be cancelled, they asked me to confirm i wanted to cancel the order as the was a $4 fee. I emailed them straight back saying to proceed with the refund. I have emailed them several times since and have never had a response only to get an email saying my order has shipped 😡 their customer service is non existent

The owner has some major problems. First, he seems to have opened a record store solely for the purpose of using it as influencer content. This individual doesn’t take his record store or business seriously. Second, the shop's hours are strange—there are no consistent business hours. This further suggests that the store exists primarily to support his TikTok channel. He has a following of very young, poorly informed individuals.The shop rarely ships orders, charges fees for refunds and returns, and has reportedly doxed customers, their businesses, and their workplaces after they had unsatisfactory experiences. The owner clearly needs significant help. He behaves as though he is above others in his town, but judging by the numerous negative reviews, it's pretty clear who the real problem is.This shop is known globally as a place best avoided. It isn’t a legitimate business—it's essentially a backdrop for a fake social media persona. Everything sold there can be purchased elsewhere. Even the limited edition “VV exclusives” are pressed by the cheapest, lowest-quality pressing plant available. Their quality reflects the owner's behavior—disappointing and unprofessional. The owner is in serious need of help.
