This is my second Vego-Garden product.
This is my second Vego-Garden product.. Awesome quality the panels are sturdy and beautifully integrated with one another.. The quality of sturdy frame with wheels, is top knotch to anything else on market.. Love them and will buy more of them in near future

Bought 3 4x8 metal beds
Bought 3 4x8 metal beds. One pice on the last bed had holes drilled in the wrong place. Called customer service and they suggested I refer the matter to Route which I bought to protect the shipment. I looked at Route’s policies and the DO NOT cover manufacturing defects. I was told that if Vego Garden was to deal with it I would have to return the item and wait for another to be delivered. I then asked if I could just buy the piece I needed separately and pay for expedited shipping. I was told that was not possible. I like the beds. Customer service is NONEXISTANT. I ended up drilling holes in the defective part so that everything lined up. Customer service made it clear that that approach would void the warranty but I have a couple of guys here helping me and unless this issue is taken care of quickly I will end up doing this all myself which is not the option I choose. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The product seems good but quality control and customer service are abysmal.

You need to replace the foreign made
You need to replace the foreign made. Anchors with American made. You can not find the 25/64 hammer drill.. I used American made anchors and 3/8 drill .

Excellent Experience

Attractive planters for a patio garden
Bought the rolling planters to start a patio garden. Fairly easy to put together although it took longer than expected. Impressed by how sturdy and nice looking they are.

Delivery on time
Delivery on time, easy to maneuver the site.. Put one product together easy instructions.. My only complaint is one panel had a pretty good scratch on it but not worth the aggravation of sending back it is a Christmas gift. Can't wait to use it!! Thank you!
