I've only written a couple of reviews in my life but because of the experience I had with Valor Health Systems, I felt compelled to share a comment. Because there are so few companies and agencies now days that you can really feel good about, it makes me really appreciate the knowledge and wisdom of VHS that helped formulate the plan for me. The help they provide for veterans is heartfelt and genuine
My experience with Valor Health was great. My evaluator listed to my concerns and documented them accurately. I am extremely pleased with the assistance Valor Health provided.
Valor Health was professional and helpful at every step. When I took my Nexus letter to my VSO he reviewed it and proclaimed that the letter was very thorough and unusually well written. When submitted to the VA my rating was approved and processed within 3 weeks.
All contact was prompt and everyone understood what I needed.
Every person I interacted with at Valor Health was a pleasure to meet and work with. Their online system is super easy to use and they provide helpful video tutorials. Valor Health followed up with me after each step. I felt like they were invested in my success. Once I received my increased VA rating, they congratulated me and made me aware of many benefits that are available to me.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys for very professional and thorough Nexus letters! You will be “virtually” examined to ensure accurate details and information, your records will be reviewed, and they will provide all of the necessary information in that NEXUS letter! I greatly appreciate everything they’ve done for me with claim!

I have been doing this process for a few years now and after being told no and you can’t, I was being coached and my coach recommended this Valor Health. Since then the process has been so much faster and so much easier for myself the veteran that I fully give my grace and gratitude for all the help that was dedicated to me. If you have doubts, don’t. I was struggling to increase an existing claim I filed when I left the USMC in 2012. Valor Health helped me prepare the documents to prove I deserved a higher rating for my issues. They also found other items in my health records and suggested I pursue increasing them as well.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this team. They were responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able to schedule a discovery call easily on their website and get connected with a team member to review my case. They developed a plan of action and helped me schedule my appointments, walking me through the whole process. Would highly recommend!
