As someone who needs regular check-ups for a chronic conditions, telehealth has been a convenient addition to my routine. The platform allows ma to see my regular doctor, which is nice, but I wish there were more features for tracing ongoing treatments or connecting directly with specialists without needing a referral. Overall, it's useful for my standard appointments and not quite a full in-person visits for complicated medical conditions
