Great customer service
As I was reserching what steamer is best for my need, I asked questions in live chat on the website, one of the owners, Dalton responded quickly and answered all my questions. I didn't buy right away but made a note of how impressed I was that owner himself was answering questions. In a few weeks I returned and ordered a US Steam Eagle model, mostly for tile and grout cleaning. Quite satisfied with the experience and steamer's performance.
