My US mobile support rep Faizan Ahmed

My US mobile support rep, Faizan Ahmed, was very helpful and got my daughter's phone line up and running super quickly. He was very polite and helpful as well. :)

No issues with the coverage and pricing is great! Customer service has been top-tier everytime I need them. Shout out to Arwa for the excellent service today! I have been a customer for a month and so far have no regrets.

Great experience with Siyal…

I had a great experience with Siyal today. Siyal was incredibly patient and professional while helping me reconfigure the cellular plan on my Apple Watch after a reset. Siyal walked me through each step of the activation process and stayed on the line until everything was fully connected. I really appreciate the excellent support!

Outstanding customer service.

US Mobile has customer service second to none. Every time I've ever had a concern that wasn't even their fault, such as me having my phone stolen and being locked out of everything, US Mobile (namely the wonderful Alisha in that last case) always helped me. My last carrier, AT&T, mistakenly deleted my phone number rather than transferred it to US Mobile. US Mobile spent 2 days working hard to retrieve my old number from me, staying in contact with me the whole time. When they could not recover it, they apologized for a mistake that wasn't even theirs they worked so hard to correct. These guys treat customers better than any other company in any other industry I've ever dealt with.

Shamail, oh dear, sweet, patient, kind Shamail... was on chat support with me for two hours trying to figure out the best way to resolve the issue I presented them with. Answered all my questions, didn't buy in to any attitude I gave with my frustrations, and ultimately got me back up and running. 10/10 would endure the same issue for the same agent

Device Swap

I had to swap devices after mine was lost. Jawad helped me find the IMEI and assisted with getting my new device activated and my phone number added. This was a great support experience it was quick and helpful.

Deceitful

We went to US Mobile paid a year in advance premium package.Wife and I have sa.e S22 ultra phones. My phone has Att , works great Wife's phone Has Verizon.In 15 yrs of having Verizon And Patriot Mobile and No issues ever...Then we went to US Mobile and with Verizon her phone has never worked correctly, then a Customer Service Rep said Verizon doesn't work with downloading other developer tools and items into my hardware of her phone...In other words Verizon network doesn't work.It took numerous calls text to find this out .No refunds after 45 days .They do not tell this up front .. a class action suit is in order ..

US Mobile customer support reps are very knowledgeable and helpful

Shmail was very patient and helpful in getting my son's service activated with US Mobile. We also activated two other lines at the same time. Overall, the transfer process was fairly easy and straightforward. So far, we are very happy with our cellular service from US Mobile!

Ran into a little tech glitch, but...

Ran into a little tech glitch transferring a line. No big deal because I reached out to support and Shamail was on the case and solved the issues with ease. Took a lot of stress off my back. Love US Mobile!

Very bad customer service

1) I was sold a plan for $15.00 per month. I was to pay $270.00 at that time which ends up to be $22.00 per month so I was supposed to get a rewards card for $90 to bring the monthly amount down to $15.00/mth. I was told to wait awhile to let the reward card appear in my account. It did not appear for awhile (I kept checking) so I switched back to my previously existing service and then requested cancellation and a refund of my $270.00.2) The reward fund of $90.00 is now available in my US mobile acct. but I have not touched it because I have cancelled the service and am requesting a refund of $270.00 minus 18 days of service.3) They are now saying that the $270.00 is non-refundable. Something they failed to mention when I was sold the plan. 4) I will continue to try to get my money back but I wanted to let others know that they should beware when doing business with US mobile.

I really question these reviews…

I really question these reviews especially with these so called (customer support agents)? Very immature. The copy and paste fixes with 6 pages of what to do and yet customer service gets praised for this?All support does is redirect you on how to fix your problems in which you need a schematic just to find what you need?. It takes a day to get your phone activated and if you don't like US Mobile good luck on getting your port out information from these kids who play games with your phone number.

US mobile - The best Siyal is the man!

US mobile! Thank you! --- I had a window of time to activate my plan but my previous carrier made it impossible to leave - For the plan I got on black Friday using a special promo code they can allow me to port in a number once activation occurs so activation has to happen with the correct ported number... Straight talks pin port system IS DOWN... Always some major technical problem with straight talk and it's easy to see the BS, make a long story short Siyal in chat ID cnv_a553s9f (admins if your watching) gave me more time to activate - He is great and so is US mobile. SWITCH just to have people who are serious about getting things right to work with.

Adeel was the best

Adeel was the best . Very patient and extremely helpful. This was painless not like when we started with us mobile that time it was 4hours but this time with adeel maybe an hour and not because of adeel but because of this slowpoke haha he got me through it . Thanks adeel for your amazing help.

Problem solved quickly!

The ai chat option unfortunately wasn’t able to help but I was able to get to Adeel and they helped me right away and fixed the issue. Very very happy!
