Unprofessional
This company once helped me with one of my documents and did a great job, but I just had a horrible experience with the owner. I called to ask for a naturalization document to get apostilled and he explained the process. I then wanted to ask him if I could send a whatsapp image of the document with the seal on it, but he got very short and said "I don't have any time, I am very busy" and hung up on me. Such a shame because I had such a great experience prior to that and I was hoping to work with them again.
