I needed my birth certificate. Searched online &found birth certificate state.com. It seemed costly. I put in my order on Nov 17th 2025. I received communication from the company & to my surprise it arrived on Nov 26th. Worth every dollar. This company is top notch. Im very pleased & surprised for their services. Cathi
Ordered a BC on 10/25/25. I realized it wasn't affiliated with any government agency. I didn't want to fill out the supplemental application. 15 minutes after ordering I texted them to cancel.I received notice 10/26/25 at 11 am. They credited it me 34 dollars and maintained a charge of 60 dollars for assorted "fees".How can they charge fees when the order was placed on a Saturday and cancelled approximately 15 minutes later? and they wouldn't be open till 8 am Monday. Usbirthcertificates.com ,in my opinion, is an unethical and over priced company. The total charge would have been 94 dollars and I only got credited 34. That's unethical.Avoid at all costs.

I wanted to obtain copies of my birth certificate the quick and easy way but I made the mistake of using this site not thinking about how I was sharing my very sensitive personal information with an unknown web site. The site has questionable security and costly service. They simply duplicate a service for a fee that is already offered on a secure government web site for less. This is how it works out:You fill out the form on usbirthcertificates.com web site and pay them a credit card fee to only look over the personal information you submit to them and maybe offer suggestions.After your information has been sent to them and they "look it over" and send you an email asking you to print up the form they approved and ask you to mail it to what ever agency that supplies your certificate PLUS the agency fees that were not included with your original payment when you submitted your form to usbirthcertificates.com

I paid the rush fee, my birth certificate was burned in the LA fire. Did not receive a receipt, only an email and a weird text. I called to speak to a rep and the phone rang for 10 minutes with no answer. I received an email with two steps. The first I did, downloading my ID and the second was this message: “After our professional review of your request, you will receive an email with a link to your private area to sign your Identity Verification form.After a few days, your Official Certificate from the Health Department will be delivered to your mailbox.It’s simple, fast and easy!”

They charged me $65 to email me the same form I googled, they didn’t provide any other details than what is on the form. I thought I was paying the fee for the certificates however it was all a lie and I regret giving my child’s info to this scam website. I suggest going locally or googling what form you need to mail in to your state instead of paying these clowns for nothing at all.

I placed an order for a copy of my sons birth certificate. He is getting married in October 2024. I ordered this on 12/8/2023. I received an email stating that I need to wait 120-150 days to receive. As of June 8th it will be 180 days and still nothing!! I am frustrated beyond comprehension!! My son needs this to get a passport for his honeymoon. I reached out to customer service last Friday and they said I should be hearing from someone higher up and to-date, I have heard from no one! I need someone to contact me and overnight my certificate!
