The cost of the faucet was out of line with the value. Unfortunately this company was the only retailer that had the faucet available when I needed it, otherwise I would not have purchased from them.
Haven’t recieved my item. Ordered almost a month ago. Terrible communication. Would not order with you all again. Had to call at least 10 times about my order to see where it was because I wasn’t getting any communication via email. They finally sent me an email three weeks later and I also gave them my phone number so that they could text me and no one ever texted me until just now with this survey. This has made my bath remodel take 2 weeks longer than necessary. Absolutely would never order with you guys again.
Great online store. A few weeks ago, I needed a specific replacement part for a vintage faucet, and they had it in stock when everywhere else was out or special-order only. From the start to the finish, it was quick and friendly service
I had to wait almost a month before any updates on shipment. I called two times, texted once and sent an email with no updates just that the shipment team is working on things. When I received my items, the boxes look like they went to war and were shredded and holes all through them. When I opened the first package of three which are mirrors, they were shattered I’ve had nothing but a for experience with this order.I will not be ordering from this company again and I will let local business near me to watch out.

I ordered a bathroom vanity from US Bath Store, but the experience was a mess. The item was delayed by months - when it finally came, it was damaged and didn't match the description. Customer support was unresponsive or gave vague, canned replies and never resolved the issue. On top of that, their return/refund policy felt impossible to navigate; getting money back was a hassle, if possible at all. I wouldn't trust them or order from them again.
They cound not fill my order and were very difficult to communicate with.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered a vanity set and was told I needed to pay an additional $120 for shipping, even though their website specifically says “no shipping for orders over $400.” The excuse they gave was that they didn’t have the product in stock and needed to order from a third-party vendor. They said the shipping was actually $240, but they were being so generous by splitting the cost with me (real angels).I canceled the order and told them it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic — they advertise one thing and do another. Two days later, I emailed them saying I would pay the extra $120 because I couldn’t find anything else I liked. They emailed me another order that was $1,864.00 more than my original order price.I called and was on the phone for over an hour, only to be told the price had changed in the two days since I placed the order and that nothing could be done. I asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold, and then hung up on.
I recieved the sink replacement that I had ordered quickly and it was the correct sink. Since it was a dual sink layout, I had to have the right one, and US Bath Store had it. Well done.

Y’all delivered the wrong seat you couldn’t communicate with your warehouse on shipping me the new seats. Nobody in your customer service knew what was going on. I’ll never order another thing from you.

I personally really liked their customer service and placing order, lady I spoke with was very pleasant to speak with also surprisingly they were opened till midnight. What really made leave a 3 star review was the process of order which took about a week which seem awfully long. Also shipping, close to a month to receive order even with expedited shipping that was separately paid. Did receive order this week and order was as speficied and came in good working order.
Worst Service Experience EverThis is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. They listed the wrong price on a product and caused me over a month of delays. Their employees don’t even know what they are selling. It took them a month just to deliver one product. Their warehouse has no idea what products they have in stock. Their manager doesn’t even know the warehouse’s phone number. Their staff can’t calculate a bill properly, and every single person keeps pushing the responsibility onto someone else.They deliberately hang up on customers’ calls. If you complain, they will block you instead of solving the problem.After more than a month of finger-pointing, they told me to return the wrong product—and even tried to charge me a 25% restocking fee. If I hadn’t made over 50 calls a day until they were fed up, they would never have agreed to a full refund.I sincerely do not recommend any consumer to buy from them. They operate like a scam company

This is a bummer. I tried a similar chair in a hotel and it was great. I have paraplegia so need a sturdy seat. I ordered a custom size depth which was made correct. But the legs are too short by about 4 inches (14 in high seat) and they are not adjustable. The screws holding the seat to the legs don’t have locking bolts and the metal has a 1 inch wide hole (like an adjustable sliding width) so I think it will always be jiggly even if I can fix the height. Also the underseat metal is square and the legs are circles so it’s not a tight connection. Communication was good when ordering.
Item ordered arrived with concealed damage and also was not the specific item that was ordered initially. We have responded under the terms of the return policy, with pictures of the box as required, inside of 2 business days, but have not gotten authority to return the damaged item in ten days time. The delivery was delayed some from the vendor it appears, too, after an initial Jun 3 order. Delivery was made on July 9th. The incorrect and damaged item is still in the foyer at our residence on July 19. There has been always a reply when something was sent in communication about the order by email, but so far no information about the processing of the claim or an authorization on when and how to return ship the item.
you’re asking me to rate my experience and I haven’t received my product although I’ve called to find out where it is…. somebody told me that they were going to get back to me and no one has.
