My experience was great as always. I've never once had any problems or issues. Every time I order something whatever it may be it safely packaged and come in perfect condition. When I I preorder something I had a clear date or time frame when I'll receive it. Plus the best prices available.

I first bought from Usagundam for my boyfriend’s birthday, last december. Even thought I ordered it around the last days of november, the model arrived around a week later super fast. I just made my second order for valentine’s day and still had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be ordering some more soon for myself as well as more for my partner.

Great Place for Mecha Models
USA Gundam Store is probably one of the best places to buy mecha models in the US. Good selection, friendly support staff and great packaging/shipping. I've never had an order arrive from them with damage. They feature a lot of vendors besides Bandai so you have plenty of options to choose from. Pre-orders can sometimes take a while to arrive in stock but they do show up eventually. Their website is sometimes hard to browse but if you know what you're looking for then it's usually not an issue.
