Uplight Rentals delivered
Uplight Rentals delivered! The communication from purchase to return was exceptional! The lights arrived on time as promised. They were well protected and simple to return. I love that the lights arrived preset to my color preference. All I literally had to do was select a desired location and turn the lights on. If I had to find a negative I would say that the cost adds up quickly as there are additional convenience add ons that raise the cost per light. I only rented five for this reason, but five uplights ultimately provided the desired effect.

Fast, easy service!
Easy, fast, last minute service. The lights definitely added an elevated feel to our party! They were already charged and super easy to program!

Fantastic customer service
Spoke directly with a service rep regarding a last minute rental. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They processed the request quickly and even noticed our tax exempt status and proactively reached out for the necessary documents to make the transaction even smoother. The equipment arrived exactly as promised, with clear instructions and easy return packing. Great experience all around.

This is the best rental company…
This is the best rental company experience and a great alternative to renting lighting for events. Have used them a few times and it's always super professional, on time, and so convenient to receive and return!

They got there but that was it
We are unsure if the set even came with all of the contents needed to work with them. We read the instructions and had someone who works with lights very similar (maybe even the same) try to get them, but she stated that we were missing something for them. I don't know because I was busy with other things, but if they couldn't figure it out, either 1. the instructions were unclear, or 2. the set wasn't complete.

Uplight Rentals provided the perfect solution
Uplight Rentals provided the ideal lighting for our outdoor wedding. I asked for their advice and they gave me several solutions to choose from. Their advice included diagrams. When the lights were delivered we easily followed the plan we decided on. Their experience made it possible to hang and light the tent with confidence. We are happy we found this company.

Very easy but some batteries are loosing charge retention
I emailed customer support prior to renting and they were quick to respond, even after hours on a weekday. The items arrived in great condition with ample packing material and clear instructions on use and repacking. The uplights were easy to use and change. The only reason I deducted a star is the batteries in some of my lights lasted 6ish hours. We fully charged the lights the day before my event, had the lights on for around an hour during set up, then turned them off until 4pm. By 10pm, 20% of the lights had turned themselves off due to low battery. I would expect longer than 6ish hours of use for wireless lights.

Upon opening the box
Upon opening the box, one of the lights was broken and the stand did not work. Additionally, three out of the 10 that I had when plugged into the wall did not remain a steady color and were flashing the whole time. I’m an event planner so I’m aware of how to use the park and could not get it to, Steady on the proper setting

Great company, would recommend!
I had a great experience with uplight rentals. Everything went so smoothly and it was such an easy process to return. I rented some of the outdoor string lights and they were great quality as well. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

UpLights looked amazing
