The training materials are very well done and the handouts have been essential in helping me piece together my step-by-step process to Fix and Flip a property.I especially found the one-on-one coaching very useful as Jeff gave me numerous tips and tricks to help me get started. There is a steep learning curve at first but I have found great support through various people and resources to get help and advice along the way.From someone who has developed curricula, I applaud the program Unified has put together. I feel sure I can be successful investing in real estate now.

The training and coaching has been helpful. This is my first real experience with real estate so I needed help. Mason has been super helpful as a coach. He understands my budget, my goals and has provided clear expectations around the research I need to do preparing for auction day. I was very skeptical about signing up with United Tax Liens (UTL) and paying the fee. However, I am so very glad I moved forward with UTL and I believe the fee is fair for the coaching, mentoring, support, and education I am and have received. My coach, Mason Beyer, has been very patient and practically instructional in explaining tax deeds & liens. He was critical in my successful purchase of a tax deed in an auction. When Mason was not available at a time I needed addtional help, I contacted the support hotline per my project manager, Culter, instructions. Jose was very patient and helped me when I got stuck.Honestly, UTL has been a joy to work with and appreciate all their help.
I give Robin Scovill and Chris Deal five stars for mentoring me in the last three days on fixing and flipping houses. They has thorough knowledge of all the details regarding the business , and patience in explaining the concepts, processes, materials and tools to help me understand and be successful in this trade. Adam is very experienced with this entire program and all the intricacies of each county and state. Learning how to organize my files so I could get to the information I was looking for was my stumbling block but Adam helped me through it.

Becoming a tax lien investor has always been my dream. In the past I attempted to learn this skill on my own, with some success in certain areas, but found out that it is difficult to to do so on your own. Enter UTL: This organization opened up a lot of potential to invest, but most important, it provided me with a sound coach Rachel (UT). She met me where I was, she is nurturing, patient and made me want to learn more and achieve. When our session was completed I learned from Phil K and Angelo P's boot camp. Today I can go out there and place bids (after doing due diligence) with a great measure of intelligence. Thank you for assisting me in upping my game. UTL is the best.
We had our fly-out this past weekend, and it was an incredible three days. Our coach, Mark Perez, is an outstanding teacher! He made everything very easy to understand, and with his guidance we were able to build on the strong foundation that our base camp coach, Chris LeCheminant, helped us establish over the past couple months. Mark and Chris have both taught us so much, and I’m confident we’ll be successful in real estate investing because of them. This program is far beyond another program we tried ten years ago. The coaches and leadership here are truly committed to continually improving their methods to help all their students succeed.
My coach, Rachel has been superb. She delves into a lot of the details that make it easier to evaluate whether a property is worth investing in. She then also describes the various investment strategies I could approach so I can decide which approach I'm most comfortable with or which approach will garner the best result.I have taken Tax Lien/deed workshops before, but this one is by far the most thorough. What sold me on the program are the MarketPro and PropertyEdge websites they have, which help with choosing and analyzing individual properties. Awesome!
Derek was a great fly out coach. My son and I had an awesome experience learning a new approach to the real estate investing business. Derek is an expert and is willing to share his expertise with others who are interested in the business. He is direct, honest, helpful and supportive. He is focused on getting things done and he utilized the time we had together in a very efficient manner. I only wish we would have had one more day.
My coach was Janessa Green. She is very knowledgeable about the tax lien opportunities. Her instruction style is exceptional. I was dealing with some life moments that effected my time and she adapted to my time as needed. I appreciate that. We completed the four sessions, and I feel ready to dive in.
The level of professionalism, thoroughness of material, and ability to learn in different formats is incredible. It was a little stressful at times trying to balance with my other obligations but everyone was patient (especially Adam-my advisor), and by tackling the process one step at a time - I got there. “There” was doing deposits and bids on Auction tax liens, plus the confidence and enthusiasm to keep moving forward in other lien and deed endeavors.
