Returns are easy but won't issue full refund.
Returns are easy to process but they won't refund the full amount for...reasons. Unfortunately, you will be returning this product. The red flag really should have been when there appeared to be thousands of customer reviews on the website, yet no way to actually write a review. I ordered 2 shirts and both of these $40 shirts had manufacturing defects. One had a bunched sleeve hem and both had improper serging with uneven cutoffs. Construction is a mixed bag. The neckline is bound (high quality feature), but the shoulder seams aren't taped (low quality feature). The rest of the hems are self-sewn (typical). The fabric is a single jersey knit with the knit side out (also typical), the fabric doesn't easily pill when rubbed against itself (high quality feature). When washed, it shrank from a generous XL/borderline 2XL to a large (low quality feature, most shirts in this price range are preshrunk).Final pet peeve, it's not "bamboo" fiber, it's viscose/rayon processed from the cellulose extracted from bamboo.

No hassle exchange
Order with confidence. Even with the size guidelines it is hard to judge how something like a tee shirt will fit. As recommended on there web site the fit is best judged after it is washed. So buy it wash it and exchange if you need to, no problem.

Web Site needs some tweaking.
I just placed my initial order yesterday, have not received the product and cannot review the shirts. This review is limited to the ordering process. The company was very responsive acknowledging the order, thanking me and stating that the order was in process. I had to dock them one star because the website is somewhat confusing to use. I appreciate the product information and history, but the “Shop” buttons should not be so buried in the site. Also, at least one of the “shop” links simply redirected me back to the top of the page. I look forward to receiving and trying the shirts.

I've bought the regular black shirts…
I've bought the regular black shirts and loved them. Then I bought the tan and same consistency. Then they offered a dye free natural shirt and I said cool, 9 shirts that I love, why not. Well the box was on my porch early today so I opened it and tried one on. Same great fit and feel. I pulled the other 2 out and discovered a nice little jewel box in the foam. I had doubted a bit about their giving out a gram of gold for every 100 shirts but no longer. Very very cool! I have a photo but it doesn't look like I can show it here.

Limited color options are a gimmick
I purchased 3 black tshirts. Large. I love the shirts, I assumed they would eventually offer different colors as I do not want to only wear black tshirts and look like “Monk” with obsessive compulsive disorder. The only options are they will suddenly release a limited time offer for various colors. You are continuously bombarded with “hey! We know you just had 2 AC units go bad, and had to replace your transmission, but if you want a red shirt you have to buy now as it is limited time” etc. to make matters worse I ordered 2 green shirts and one red (limited time offer) In they came, the large red fit perfectly. And I do love wearing the shirts, and my wife loves when I wear them. Then I put on the green shirt… same size on the label but it was like wearing a circus tent. Contacted customer service and they said to wash and dry them. Still way over sized (seemed like a XXL). No problem you can exchange them. Went to exchange for a medium, no problem! But the only color is black. Great shirts but the lack of variety definitely feels more like a marketing gimmick then a reality. I understand emotion based marketing and this company reeks of it.

Shirts arrived late and DAMAGED
Shirts arrived late.Shirts are expensive.Shirtx1 came delivered damaged, it has 3 cut marks on the front straight out of the paket it was fckd.Now i have to follow some BS to return it.Cant i just send a photo and Undrdog replace or refund.I am actually really disapointed with this company and their shit damaged shirt.

Good product awful shipping
The product is actually good and seems well done. The shipping is terrible. I have tried the free shipping option and paid shipping, and in both instances, the shipping is unacceptably long (3 weeks). It completely ruins the experience for me.

They seem pricey but they last for YEARS
UndrDog markets an uncommon product in its T-shirts made of hemp and bamboo. I have two colors now, the original black and a tan color. Just ordered a third color, a no-dye natural color. These shirts are the bomb! Comfortable, durable, breathable and they resist absorbing human odors. The hemp makes it strong and the bamboo makes it soft. I’ll take those two any day.

Less than 1 month and shirt has hole in…
Less than 1 month and shirt has hole in it. 10$ to return and restock. Not sure how they are going to “restock” a shirt with a hole in it.

Not worth cost
After the first wash there are a bunch of vertical lines a rossnthe shirt like the fabric is stretched or broken. The second shirt did not have the same thing happen. They are also not true to size, seem much smaller. I was hoping since made in USA it would be comparable US size but it is much smaller than other tees of same size. Too expensive for a shirt that breaks down after first wash and is not true to size.

The shirts are comfortable so far
The shirts are comfortable so far. They did get shorter after a wash, not sure if I like such a short tee.I'm definitely not a fan of having to subscribe to Instagram to enter any giveaways from UndrDog, I don't use or have that app. Thank you.

Overall I'm a fan of the shirts. I'm not sure I'll wear them as much as I planned on because they're shorter than I like. A tall/ long option would be perfect

good but not long enough for a tall guy
I like the shirt but I feel they are too short.I am a tall guy 6'3" and ordered the xxl.The shirt is significantly shorter than other xxl shirts I own and like to wear daily.I do like the quality of the shirts.Ed

These fit horribly
These fit horribly. I purchased the size I always buy and these DO NOT fit like other brands I have had before. I thought these would be a great alternative to the true classics but the fit here was just not it. Very uncomfortable.

Good, high quality shirts. Just be sure not to put them in the dryer. Hang to dry only, otherwise they are prone to shrinking. I had to exchange for a size up after I used the dryer initially 😅
