Seller wanted advance payment. When we asked for a video call to view dog and confirm location they got cold feet and stopped communicating. Subsequent reverse search of images showed pictures were taken from the web, and also previous adverts for the same dog but a different name.
Bought a pet through UKPets, and it was… okay. The site’s easy enough to use, and there are lots of listings, but some seemed old or outdated. A few sellers took ages to reply, so I had to follow up a couple of times. It worked out in the end, but definitely needed some patience.
The worst site EVER,I was looking for a Lurcher dog,so I sign up,put in my postcode and view the dogs.Firstly,putting in your address makes no difference whatsoever, its just random what appears.Secoundly,ALL the adverts were out of date the newest advert was 14 months old the oldest 5 yrs old,eg: you look for a dog the advert says 3 months old,contact the seller only to be told he sold the pup 4 yrs ago??I contacted the site stating the problems only to be told they needed updating,???So why are'nt they updated!!! I email back with my concerand they don't bother replying .Terrible customer service,non user friendly site.
I emailed them to ask why, a week after approval, I'd not received my cat's urgent thyroid medication. They replied saying it would be sent out later this week. No explanation. They asked for feedback on how well my query was handled and I was understanibly negative in my response. Shortly after they informed me my order was delayed. Hmmm...I still haven't received the order so my partner has had to go to our local vets to get some. More unnecessary time and expense.
Useless dangerous services they lefg me and me and my dogs in Jamacia 4 times they have no heart,thry are a crooked company they me and smsll don waiting around in kingston never gog back to us.The place needs shutting down.
Although the costs are high, if people are willing to pay a high price, this website is perfect for finding a good family pet, and if I had the money and space, I would certainly be able to find an amazing pet on this website! I am disappointed is only has 1 star reviews.
I signed up before looking at TrustPilot ( My mistake ) I wanted to sell my kittens and it took a lot of hassle to get them posted anyway I deleted my account straight away because I felt bad vibes and I keep been emailed and the account is still active yet I can’t get on to delete it. Also even google and email is flagging it as dangerous and telling me there stealing Information and I’ve never seen that happen before like a full warning page. I don’t recommend
DO NOT BUY PETS FROM HERE!! majority of these sellers are scammers. I messaged someone for a ragdoll kitten, and they answered all my questions and sent loads of videos of the kitten. They then said to pay a £150 refundable deposit (which I did) and the rest in cash but the day before I went to collect the kitten they told me they needed the rest of the payment to cover insurance. I told them I’m not comfortable with sending full payment over PayPal and if they can wait until I give them the cash tomorrow. They kept on pressuring me to send full payment even though I said no. If they really did need to pay for insurance that very day then they could've used their own money until they got the cash from us literally the next day. Their reasoning started to feel very suspicious so I asked to back out of the sale and for a refund. They agreed (also tried to guilt trip me in the process) and asked me for my paypal details but never sent the refund. Please never send deposits through PayPal, only through trusted websites or full cash in person. I was too blinded by how cute the kitten was that I didn’t bother to check how horrible the reviews for this website is. The seller also claimed that they were a small breeder not trying to make a profit but their account was listed as a private seller and there wasn't any proof of being a legit breeder. The pickup address wasn't even a house it was a building for small businesses and none of them had anything to do with animals. Very upset by this whole situation I should've seen the red flags.

After post my advertisement only one enquiry. But zero sales, after more than a week passed.
I ordered thyroid medication for my cat from this company and paid £67.50 for 90 tablets, for which I sent a prescription.What I received was a non-branded bottle of 25 tablets - 65 short. Seriously dodgy outfit - avoid.
If I could I would put 0. Absolutely Racism. I wanted advertise my puppies which are born in UK and who ever that was Ban my IP straight away. When I tried to contact them they cover their decision of "concerns" that on my adv I want to see people ID before I will send them adress of my home (in time when we got so many thief's and not giving me even choice to change adv if needed). After I send them all paperwork they asked for and they didn't had what to do. They decided they will pick up on MOTHER of the pups and said that they will NOT let my adv be live BECAUSE Mother of PUPPS is not from UK. Are you mental?! What it have about mother of PUPPS when PUPPS are full breed. Got all the health books and papers and You telling me that I break a Terms of Your site because on advertisment can not be a dog from overseas?! 😂😂😂 You are ridiculous.Eather someone can not read properly and understand the meaning of "Any animal imported from outside the UK is not allowed to be advertised on the site".Or You are what I believe a Racist person because my PUPPS are from UK have all the papers from here and This site is just a SHAME!!!!But well you can not change people if they want to be so low just let them be.
I was looking for a pet on this website but was contacted by scammers only. The website doesn’t have any options to report scammers or any support. Please avoid this site.
