Product wasn't unique to the company. Produced by NNSX, available on Alibaba for $13, and sold by Twisted Jezebel for $89.At that price, I thought I was supporting a small business with in-house designed and/or produced items. The site talks a lot about "our products" and "our commitment" and it's disappointing to learn that I'm just dealing with drop shipped dildos. The claims about the quality of the silicone are dubious at best. The description says body-safe, medical-grade liquid silicone. Upon arrival, the product smelled like someone tried to put out a tire fire with axle grease. I tried washing it with hot soap and water to see if maybe the exhaust from whatever transported this thing leaked into the cargo hold or some other unpredictable contaminant, but no. Just some poor quality silicone I wouldn't stick in a hole in the ground, much less a person. I reached out customer service to tell them about the smell. The reply was nearly instantaneous and accommodating, even on a Saturday. They sent me a return slip because of the smell issue without any pushback whatsoever and said they care more about my satisfaction than their return policy so kudos there.The company bio says "we strut our stuff on the high-wire of stellar product quality and kickass customer service" and I can vouch full force for the latter half. I would like to rate the company higher for that alone, but the quality of the product is awful and it is impossible for them to QC when it ships directly from China. Great customer service can go a long way but when it exists to support a product the company cannot possibly stand behind, it's unfortunately almost meaningless.

This is an edit of my original review. My issue with my first review was shipping and how long it took to arrive. I ordered on 9-27 and it just arrived on 10-21. The cage itself felt comfortable to wear and I love the look. I will say given the ears on it, the cage is kind of noticeable under jeans but not super obvious. The only thing I'd change about it is the material. This is just a personal preference though as I enjoy silicone cages the most.
