Awful company, inept and inflexible
Awful business model and terrible customer service. I cannot recommend them. After taking over a month to find us a tutor despite being charged monthly they found us a tutor who kept no-showing. Since we had accumulated far too many sessions because of their ineptitude asked that they pause the membership so we could catchup given their error. They refused and said they couldn’t as it was the system as if the entire operation is being run by a “system”. Very dishonest, inflexible business. Would avoid at all cost they are awful.

They have tutors but REALLY like overcharging you
Went through the signup process after talking with one of their "consultants". Found out afterward that they have an "Addendum" to their month to month subscription that says 3 months minimum. Sad that they take advantage of people trying to help their kids.

They will steal your money
They use a network of referral people, could be Dave, could be Steve, etc. These folks promise you anything, you can cancel anytime, you can buy just one month, you check their terms and the #1 item is month to month subscription so you sign up. You think you are helping your kid and they then hit you with another monthly charge after you send them an email saying you want only one. Then you dispute and they send the credit card company a long term list with an amendment mentioning 3 month minimum at the very botto. They will use the system against you. Terrible company, do not use them!!!

Do NOT Sign up with Tutor Blast, There is NO customer service to talk. they just keep bouncing email exchange. They are playing word games with customer. at the First they says Month to Month suscription. Totally lie and they are THIEF people. They are copying bank information on their website as soon as you sign up. and keep charging your bank account WITHOUT your approval. Even IF Tutorial service won't work for your kids and wanted Cancled. They don't allow you to cancled it. later on they says this suscription for 3 months!!!! they are truly THIEF people. Do not Sign up.
