The product is a waste of money. The product does not work at all as advertised, certainly not waterproof. The product is just paint that will damage your clothes even my car seat. Terrible dropshipping company.

The product makes a notable difference, it's easy to apply and seems to hold well throughout the day. It would be great to have some additional advice ahead of purchase on colour matching but thankfully the light brown looks ok. But a tester or some sort of sample would be great!

I like this product it is easy to use without getting the hair fibers all over the counter But it does come off on the pillowcase at night and does come off on my work out towel when i sweat.. That is the only 2 things i do not like.i guess it is a small issue and better than having a bald spot on the back of my head or . but maybe i should rinse my hair before bed & be careful when i sweat and wipe my head on towel or someone's couch,,
The product is a massive wate of money and I would like a full refund. The product does not work at all as advertised, it rubs off effortlessly on your hands, it does not bind to your hair at all, and its certainly not waterproof (literally says waterproof on the packaging so I hope I dont get the same response as others i.e. "we dont says its waterproof"). The product is basically like makeup or paint and just rubs on anything once touched. It also makes your hair look really matted and unclean...almost a greasy look. Stick to fibres, they at least look natural.

Great product. Way better than Toppik. More natural looking, lighter and easier to apply. Customer service is friendly, prompt and helpful.
Not happy with this product, definitely not as advertised.Its just like a coloured dye or powder that darkens your scalp to give the illusion of full hair. It definitely rubs off in your hands and is very messy. The hair fibers product is a much better option than this product, even though that also rubs off and is messy it looks much better out of the two.

First of all: this product works and it will truly help you with your hair density. Customer service is good, Rwanda has been very helpful (I had to contact them for a shade swap and it was easy, had just to pay the delivery fee). The parcel takes a while to arrive at destination but possibly this is how the company can offer bargains and keep the price affordable. Overall a great experience, I'm now a brand new customer and have already ordered again. Thank you!
Easy but foremost a great product! Easy to apply on with the brush which is incorporated in the product. Works very well, even after a rain shower. Great service from Hairo as I haven’t received my first order. They just sent me a new one straight away.
Excellent customer service, accidentally ordered the wrong colour and noticed straight after I'd ordered. Got in touch with them straight away and they managed to swap it to the right colour. No dramas. Couldn't of asked for more.
Yes it is better than other fibers example toppik and other brands. The reason being it sticks to hair more than others but on rubbing or excess water it does come off too. So yes it is better but you have to be careful not to expose your head to too much water or a hard rub. Another issue is that the quantity per pack is too little. Otherwise yes overall it is a better product that normal hair fibers available in the market.

Great product. Only issue i have is that the compact mirror is too small so cant really use it to apply.
Saw Hairo on line thought I would give it ago as I am losing my hair and when I received it I was so surprised how well it blended into my own hair!! Now it gives the illusion that my hair is thicker and stronger would recommend to anybody to give it a go.
