Not 1 email sent for confirmation on order. Not 1 email sent for tracking item. I'm very unhappy with this digital doggo. Cheap product. For the toy and shipping almost $60.00. Certainly not worth it. I'm going to try to return it. I'm very unhappy with this.
Stop lying about that ridiculas toy dog, it's a strait rip off and you might as well not send people anything at all rather than misleading them so badly with false advertising. your definately ruining trust of good people.And Its shows what class of operation I'm dealing with, how you collect more of my personal information to make a complaint. You already took our money, now we have to follow your rules to warn people about your scam
I order a shirt a month ago and still have not received it. I've contacted them several times and they say oh it's back ordered. I finally asked if I could have my money back or a different shirt and haven't heard from them in a week. I also just looked at my bank account and they took $30 out of my account. For what I don't know because I never authorized it. So don't order from them because you'll never get your product and they'll take random money from your account which I'm trying to get back.
5 star reviews of this company are fake. They take money and do not ship products. Stay away from this scam company. They don't have their own product line, instead they have links to other companies who actually do produce the product. Go straight to the manufacturer and cut out this middle man who will steal your money.
The add that I saw was for a t shirt for $7.99 plus shipping and the proceeds would go to helping dogs. What actually was they've started taking $30 a month out of my bank account, stating that I signed up for this and it was in an email.they sent me which it was not. I've tried to cancel several times and if only been met with stupid emails from a manager. I had to cancel my card at my bank and my bank is currently investigating the charges to have them reversed . Don't do it!!! I have a problem even thinking this is a real charity.
It's been 26 day since I place my order on the 4/6. I received an email on the 10/6 stating my order was completed. I've sent 2 messages asking for a tracking number. No response. I just want to know where my order is that I paid for
Purchased order in May 29, 2024. Still haven't received it. Replied to thw.emial they sent with the order confirmation mid June. No response. Sent another last week same I just sent another one today from their website customer service email.
This company is a scam!!!!! It took them for ever to send me my shirt that was free only pay 6.99 for shipping but then they charged 29.99 to my bank account. Thankfully my bank credit that money back, but had to cancel my debit card
Be careful placing orders. I haven't received my merchandise from June 10th. Sent them an email today July 1st, and another charged showed from them on my account processed today... of and no response. So far over $56. Filled a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General

I needed help with my dog’s potty training, he was pooping everywhere and also eating his poop, I was very concerned. Our trainer explained that it was normal, she also told me to keep a potty journal to understand his potty routine. She advised on certain potty pads and when and how to take him to the same spot and give him treats right away when he goes to the bathroom. He now waits until we get home 90% of the time to go pee and poo outside. Our trainer was so helpful and answered us anytime we had a problem, even really late at night. I have told 2 of my friends who just got puppies to definitely use Doggo!
