Aaron spent the morning checking out our crawlspace and performing some minor adjustments. He did an awesome job. Good communications - provide ETA for arrival; shared a lot of information on what services he was doing and provided a thorough review of the findings. I highly recommend Aaron and if I was hiring, he would be one that I would hire. Great asset!
Nick T, Zack S and Tyler B did a great job drying in our crawl space. they were very professional and answered all of my questions. Very thankful for the work they did.
We have had a system with this company for a year now and it has completely stopped our basement from the devastating flooding we endured everytime it rained. The men who installed were professional and knowledgeable. We just had Jared come to do our yearly check and he was so helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing the security of a dry finished or unfinished basement. They are the best!
Freddy Sing, service technician, delivered a routine check of the mechanism Frontier had previously installed to shore up the flooring in my house. He was conscientious about my time and gave me a detailed account of the status of my system. Very professional; a credit to the company.
Jared Mc made the regular inspection visit to check our sump pump and some other work that had been done on the back corner of the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and quickly answered the couple of questions I had. Friendly people like Jared makes Frontier a company with which I like to do business.
Freddy just dropped by to inspect our sump pump. The pump had been installed by the home’s previous owner, but we didn’t know who had installed it. It was a pleasant surprise when Freddy showed up one day to ask if he could check on Frontier’s work and ensure everything is in good working order. He was friendly, fast, and reassuring. Although we weren’t the ones who bought the system, we’re glad the previous owners chose Frontier.

Super service! 1st Chad Feyeranend/design specialist. Chad gave us a bid. Very nice and professional. Very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed in detail. The next super service was from the the crew that installed our foundation repair. Kaleb Trigg Job Forman - Kaleb called to let me know the time they would arrive. On time, and walked me thru the process of how the job would flow. Very polite and very knowledgeable as well. Explained each detail. Riley S. And Seth J. were the guys that helped with our job. All 3 of these hard working young men worked great together to get the job done. Each of them were respectful of property. Great hard working young men. Each were very polite. Frontier has some TOP NOTCH employees. Even the ladies that answered my questions of and on. Big thanks to each and everyone for a great job.
I had an excellent experience with Frontier Foundation. The people at the office were VERY helpful. Jarod Solomon did a careful job of examining my crawlspace and outlining the needs and how the work would be done. Kaleb T., Riley S., and Seth J. were VERY hard working and respectful with the installation. Although the cost was more than I wanted, I believe it was worth it for the quality of the product and the excellence of the work.
The guys (Xavier and Rafael) kept me informed throughout the process of raising my front porch and leveling my sidewalk. It was a rainy day and they worked through it. Well done!

Frontier cleaned out my crawl space and fully encapsulated it. Nick T., the foreman was professional and communicative about the job scope and process. Nick, Zack, and David worked hard through an almost 10 hour day on site to ensure that the job was done completely and correctly.
Frontier always sends someone right out when there is an issue. Brad Stephens came and fixed the problem. Very polite Hope he comes back the next time I need a problem solved. Thanks!
Jeff was personable but he showed me only 2 photos and said the water was in the exact opposite of where other companies said it was, he didn't notice a broken girder that was noticed by others. He gave me no paperwork and said he would email the quote; I never got it. Janet texted to see how it went. I explained to her and she said Jeff is no longer with the company and she had no access to my information! She said she would send another person out. No thank you, I don't want to deal with a company that does not keep information. Maybe it's the location, but I would not recommend them.

KISSANDRA made the experience calming. Taking care to make safety a priority for us and assessor when looking into the issues. She was attentive, knowledgeable, asked all the right questions and listened to my every concern, and answered my questions without hesitation. She's made the experience a relief now that someone knows needs, concerns and requirements for safety concerns I eant to address.
