I am very happy with the end result of this purchase/ they kept sending me ink until my hp issue was resolved. Pleasant and friendly . Easy to email and contact. Just took awhile to get the right product.

I had an issue with one of the ink cartridges being recognized by my printer. I called customer service, the phone was answered by a real person (Eddy), and he was very helpful. Immediately offered me a replacement if we couldn't resolve the issue over the phone. In the meantime, my printer decided to cooperate so no replacement was needed. I was very impressed by the customer service and will definitely buy ink again here.

So far only tried a black 910xl cartridge in HP 8035 printer, but it prints great and no issues with compatibility or displaying ink levels correctly.

The process was easy and I received my order rather quickly.
My printer (Brother HL-L3270CDW series) needed new ink. I ordered from Amazon. Product appeared not to fit, so I returned it to Amazon. I then ordered from True Image and thought I had the same problem. They responded to my email with complete instructions on how to install. I had no idea replacement cartridges went inside existing drum unit after removal of old cartridge. No such info came from Amazon. Dana Tucker (Cust. service Mgr) was extremely helpful and I now have a working printer with better print quality than when I bought it!
The True Image cartridges work in my Brother printer without any issues. I will definitely order again.

I had bad experiences with several substitute toners before I found the True Image product. True Image (TI) toners are as good as BROTHER toners. Considering the better prices of TI toners, TI toners are much better off. Furthermore, TI products offer 2 year warranty and frequent sales discounts. I’m so happy to find TI’s excellent products and the services. I’ll buy TI toners going forward, and have informed my friends about TI products.
The shipping was fast. 3 out of 4 cartridges worked for my HP deskjet. The yellow I couldn't get to work but the others were fine. Great savings.
