Best services & locations, excellent ideas and recommendations, top level hotels and venues, thought of absolutely everything to ensure an effortless & fabulous experience for me and my family!
We had a great time as everything was planned ahead for us. Our drivers and guides were great and accommodating to our needs. Each place we went to was made accessible and a learning experience by our drivers and guides. All of our hotels and many of the restaurants were chosen ahead so we didn’t have to search for them. The whole experience was great for us.
Our family of 4 consists of myself, my husband and our 2 teen daughters. We wanted to go to Paris for a week and decided to add in a stop in Lyon and a train to Milan. So much ground to cover in a week! I had a lot of anxiety about this ambitious itinerary; however, Danielle and Trisha gave us a smooth and fulfilling trip! I was truly blown away by how satisfied we felt with spending such little time in each city. The app was so well organized, with our daily information and their careful attention to detail. They thoroughly connected us to our contacts at each destination and the tours were so educational. Even the drivers were value added as they also acted as tour guides along the way, giving us local insight and historical facts. This is our second trip we have taken with TRLT and we are already planning our next trip in March. Highly recommend!
Once again, Trisha and Danielle have planned seamless travel! This time to Maui, from door to door we were taken care of. We won’t travel without them.
The trip Thurston and Rivera created for us was truly an experience. We felt taken care of the entire time, and it freed us up to just enjoy everything without having to sweat any of the details.
This was our first time working with TRLT and it was a wonderful experience! My family has traveled quite a bit but what set this trip apart was the fact that Trisha and Danielle handled all the little details that always cause vacation tension - where do we get a taxi? What time do we need to leave for the ferry? Which tour should we take and where do we find a guide? Are the rooms truly connecting? Why don't we have sheets and pillows for the sofa bed? We didn't have to think about ANY of these details - and that was a game changer for our trip. They connected us with the most wonderful guides, we had reliable transportation at every turn and at each hotel, the rooms were exactly as we were told AND our children's extra beds were set up and ready, never a need for extra scrambling.It was also wonderful to have Trisha and Danielle recommend and book our hotels - that process can get overwhelming but in working together with them, we were able to find places that we might have otherwise missed. They truly listened to what we wanted too (a more basic but centrally located hotel here, a beach hotel there etc). This might seem like a small detail but the fact that our itinerary was all on the app (that we could access at any time) was also something I didn't know we needed but it came in unbelievably handy. What time is our driver coming? What time do we need to meet the guide? Instead of searching through a ton of emails, it was all there on the app. And should we need anything that required more immediate assistance, a local contact was just a phone call or text away - and any questions we had were answered within minutes, which was greatly appreciated.All in all, cheers to a fabulous trip, we can't thank you enough for all you did to make this so memorable and we look forward to working together on our next adventure.xoxoSarah & Reed Whitman
Trisha and Danielle put together an incredible experience for us in the Provence region of France. We started by having a meeting with Trisha and Danielle, where we told them our idea (bike up Mt. Ventoux in Provence from three different directions), and we gave them a budget. To say that they made our rough idea a dream reality would be a massive understatement. They designed an incredible itinerary for us (they found a guide local to the area who was absolutely amazing) -- we stayed in amazing hotels, ate at amazing restaurants, and had the experience we wanted and much more. Danielle and Trisha are easy to work with, responsive, professional, good listeners, and excellent people overall to work with. They have earned our business for many future trips.
TRLT elevated every aspect of our travel experience! They recently curated the perfect getaway to Portugal for my husband and me. From planning, to booking, to execution…EVERY detail was seamless. Thurston Rivera team thought of every detail for our group of eight on our trip to Puerto Vallarta. They asked us lots of questions on what our ideal vacation should look like and proceeded to make our dreams come true. It bears mentioning that the pandemic had more than a couple twists and turns, but Thurston Rivera was never caught off guard and did an excellent job of notifying each couple well ahead of time.
I am thrilled to have found Thurson Riveria. Our agents, (Danielle and Trisha) arranged for Punta De Mita, Nayarit, Mexico for my family of 4 – and it exceeded all our expectations. The whole trip ran like clockwork. They constantly checked in with us to make sure we were ok and getting the right service. One thing that stood out was my mention of my husband’s favorite drink he had discovered in La Fortaleza. A few days later we came back to our Villa with all the Fresh ingredients and toppings surprising us in our kitchen- so we could make our own and enjoy pool- side!!! Now that’s going above and beyond if you ask me. We couldn't have planned a better trip. Typically, I am extremely hands on and in control of any and all travel plans in my life. For years I have enjoyed the endless searching and hours pouring over every single little detail... but at my age and crazy work life there just is no longer opportunity to do that. We had a tight time frame with this trip, wanted to leave Friday and come back Monday - so needed assistance to find us something unique within our timeframe. Thurston Rivera was absolutely incredible - took the time to listen to all of our needs and curate the perfect trip for us. One of my favorite things about it was the options they gave us, and the fact that I had not heard of any of the places they sent us. I travel for work and life so I like to think of myself as knowledgable in the boutique luxury world.. I now know I am not and so thankful I put my trust in them! Looking forward to the next trip!
