I have used this service last time I was in Barcelona and the trip and organization was excellent. Recently, I am once again in Barcelona and using them again. This time, I had difficulty receiving my tickets online. I emailed them with my concern. A reply was immediate and they worked out my problem loading the ticket. The customer service was very good and I am very pleased with their quick response and help.
