Awful!

This company isn’t good…their food is extremely bland, I wouldn’t recommend anything I’d tried from them. Their customer service is equally as awful..one of those companies that’ll charge you early, deliver early, and when you try to contact them about it “welp there’s nothing we can do.” I’d intentionally skipped 2 weeks after I’d received my first order from them, I wanted a full reflection on whether or not I wanted to continue with them. They sent me my third weeks orders, without me even picking my meals, immediately after I’d just gotten my first week. I tried explaining to them that I’d paused two weeks between shipments so I could take my time in a decision. “Welp, sorry, nothing we can do.”..what do you mean? My order wasn’t due for another two weeks? “Welp sorry, nothing we can do”…it arrived super early…and it was a total waste of money because I wound up not even enjoying their meals. I wouldn’t have been so upset about it if they tried to work with me on it, but there was zero effort to correct an early charge and early delivery. It was like I was scammed. That’s honestly what it felt like. So- if you’d also like to throw money down the drain and taste the blandest of foods in all of the land, go ahead!

Healthy food, lacks variety and outdated website and customer service

I appreciate the healthy/organic and clean ingredients. That said the website and service if you order regular subscriptions is poor and diminishing over the past few months. Over 1/3 of items and even sometimes 1/2 are out of stock even when you log in at the beginning of the week. Trifecta will switch out meals from your subscription but confirmed they have not notification to tell you this and you have to login every week to fix this or you are paying $16 or more for a meal you do not want. Also they could benefit from more higher protein /lower fat meals. They only have 4 options for "performance meals" which seems counterproductive when marketing to athletes. I liked the service but the extreme lack of variety and availability is leading to consumer fatigue. Their customer service is responsive, but due to the website inefficiencies (operating 10-15 years behind most consumer based websites) I would have a hard time recommending this to others. After 6 1/2 months I am likely to move on.

Food Quality Poor

Food Quality Poor. Attempted to Cancel 6 days in advance but will not cancel without 7 days. Value does not reflect cost. Repeat meals provided instead of 7 unique meals. Gross

Fantastic customer support!

The first shipment of meals were delicious. I just received my second shipment on Saturday, 09/06/2025, and it appears it was delayed by the carrier and when I opened the box, the meals were warm and the ice packs had melted. I went to their webpage and started a chat, forgetting it was Saturday, and I was in the process of sending an email when Kian responded. Kian took care of every thing for me. Fantastic customer support! Thank you Kian!

Post-Op life saver!

Trifecta was a life saver when I had knee surgery. It was easy to skip weeks when I didn't need it and the food was quite tasty - especially the trifecta burrito, yum!I also really appreciated that canceling was easy, with Dave's help, once I was back to 100%.

I ordered way too much food!

I accidentally ordered way too much on Trifecta due to my own mistakes. I called Trifecta and was dreading getting a run-a-round. BUT...Dave was incredibly helpful as he straightened out everything in just minutes and educated me on how to order exactly what I need and how often. Thanks to Dave and Trifecta for great customer service!

So far my experience has been great. Dave has been extremely helpful. He took his time to explain things to me in more detail. So I could fully understand how the subscription worked and how to make changes to fit my goals.

Consistency

It is difficult to always plan out healthy meals consistently, but this program makes my life so much easier. Kian was super helpful and being a loyal customer goes a long way.

My first week with trifecta

My first week with trifecta. Few things to note. Food is good. Not great, but it's prepared in advance, so wasn't expecting great. It's portioned well, seasoning is on light side, so can be tailored to the person. And it heats up so much better in the air fryer. If you are microwaving, you're doing yourself and Trifecta a disservice. Use foil in the air fryer and it's super simple to make, and no mess. Customer service has been friendly, helpful and responsive. Dealt with Kenzie R today and she was lovely. My only thing I'm not loving. Is the fee for the trifecta app to keep track of the food I'm eating. I understand it has plenty of other uses besides the food, but I only wanted to track the food. Although the cost for the year subscription wasn't terrible. Pretty reasonable.

Delicious, Healthy, and Convenient!

I love how the menu changes and there is always an option within my calorie limit and the macros work for me. I need these meals with my busy schedule! Kenzie R. was very helpful and updated my order through the chat for me. She was professional and efficient!

Not safe to consume food, arrived hot and covered in slimy substance

I received my first delivery from Trifecta today - which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. A digit on the address was inadvertently entered wrong but that house number does not even exist. When the adress could not be found, instead of reaching out to me to iron it out or leaving the package at the warehouse, the driver left the package at someone else's door, knowing good and well that it is not the correct address. When I finally got the package today, all cold packs were melted and leaked onto the food, package was not even cold! This food has been on the road for days, left out in Texas summer heat for hours, went back to their warehouse, and again been on the road for hours to get delivered to me. The food is not safe to consume anymore! To top it off, they refused to give me refund. They need to take the 'food safety' course AGAIN! After I see how they -cannot- handle their deliveries and cold supply chain, I would not eat anything prepared by this company. They have zero regards for your health and no control over their own business.EDIT: The order was not delivered to the address with a digit error by Trifecta's team. The order was dropped at a completely different address that is unknown to me and left out there in Texas heat. That action has nothing to do with original address provided being wrong. At the time, your team did not know the address was wrong - and they still could not deliver! Had this package been delivered to the original address provided, I'd take responsibility for that and not ask for a refund. However, in this case, Trifecta did not deliver the package to any of the addresses that I provided on time as they should have. Instead of assuming responsibility, Trifecta is charging me in full for completely inedible food and asking me to purchase more food from them as a 'courtesy'. After seeing how these foods are being delivered, I don't even know how many times they are melted/frozen during their so called 'cold chain'. After so many days on the road, at least 2 of those without any refrigeration other than the cold packs in the box, which are completely insufficient for Texas, that food must be pure breeding ground for bacteria. And your company still delivered this box to me yhat is literally a health hazard, and asking me to pay in full. One last time, if it is still not clear, I didn't provide the address that you left that box at. Your team left it at the wrong address and now you still want your customer to pay for your team's mistake.

This is the only meal delivery service…

This is the only meal delivery service I have used that consistently arrives at safe to eat temps. Meals delivers through services like this are supposed to arrive at 40 degrees or less to be safe for consumption. Otherwise, bacteria can grow while in transit. This is also the only one that never made me sick.The meals are extremely satisfying and delicious. I HIGHLY recommend pan drying though. The meals seem designed to brown a little in the pan.I've used other meal delivery services. One I recently tried I had to throw the whole box out because many of the meals were 50,55, 60 degrees. No good. Also never happened with Trifecta.The meals are vacuum sealed but easily open up.Customer Service is also excellent. Dave from the support team took care of an issue I had and I had a smooth experience working with him.I'm taking a break from delivered meals but this is the only one I will use in the future.
