They gave me the wrong information regarding a name change and told me everything wrong. The next day I’m contacted saying everything I was told was wrong and that I now needed to camcel my flight which was $400 more expensive, no responsibility taken whatsoever. Very, very frustrating and incapable customer service.
Beware - they will make up rules and invalidate your situation, and continually put you on hold. Whether there are inconsistencies with the itinerary you booked through them, extraordinary circumstances out of your control, etc. - don't expect the customer service to help.When escalating to a supervisor, the excuses that they cannot do anything completely changed; interestingly the stories between the agents don't match up even if they had my file in front of them.All in all, terrible experience, points, and irresponsible support agents with no professionalism with customer support. Expect them to gossip about you while you are on hold - they forgot to mute/roll in the hold music. Surprising how they are getting away of this when all their calls are recorded.
never answer the phone took extremely long to communicate with them. They put you on wait, and the wait is 2 hours, not joke.
This travel agency is the worst. They need to be reported to the FBI. They triple their prices and even to get someone to email you your ticket is a problem. They don’t call you back hoping you will get frustrated and loose your ticket after getting their payment from your credit card. They are scammers. I booked tickets for my family during Covid and since nobody can travel to London due to London lockdown at that time. They promised to give me credit. When it was time to use it after giving them my confirmation and reference number, they claimed that they cannot find my bookings. After getting so frustrated I had to book another flight with British air. The next time I needed to travel, I called them and they never responded. Finally I was able to speak to one Roger who is a scammer too but pretended to want to help me. He booked another flight for me but tripled the price and told me my credit was worth almost nothing. The ticket that is selling for $720, he increased to $1500 and with my credits, he booked the flight for over a thousand dollars. He made my chikdren’s tickets worthless. So I couldn’t get refunds for them and neither were they able to use their tickets because the prices they quoted was more expensive than the airline tickets. Been calling them to get my refund but they seldom pick up and when they do, they want to know if you’re going to buy a new ticket if not they transfer you to a random number or tell you someone will call you within 24 hours but of course nobody will call you back! They are crooks. I’m about to report them to better bussiness bureau. They need to be sued
This company is beyond garbage, my return flight got canceled by BA in March due to a snowstorm. I received 2 emails from BA. 1st advising of the cancelation the 2nd offering me a flight late in the following week.Now on the 30th of May they want me to contact BA and ask them to confirm WHY they canceled the flight.
Their every service is terrible! I would definitely not recommend it.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER !!!! TERRIBLY DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL COMPANY. Somehow Travel Avion intercepted my purchasing two tickets on the airline's webpage. While trying to process payment Travel Avion's agent came on and never identified himself. The price went up from the time I started purchasing till when he finished. When asked why, he just said it went up, PERIOD. At that time I didn't suspect anything. I received copies of my two tickets, seat selection and baggage cost and then realized it was from Travel Avion. I still was not too concerned as I checked with the airline to see if I had two valid tickets and I did but a couple days later when I still had not received a detailed invoice of who the flight insurance was with, nor policy number nor policy details, nor the cost, I called Travel Avion. When I called them I was told I would not receive a detailed invoice until after I flew. Unbelievable!!! Who ever heard of that when you have paid for a service in full! I then realized I was in serious trouble. I have asked many, many, many, many times for the name of the insurance company and they just do a song and dance. I phoned the airline and verified I did have two valid tickets and kept doing that. Our flight was cancelled because of Covid by the airline so then I started asking Travel Avion for a refund of my tickets. I have been asking for over 1 year. Over one (1) year and I haven't seen a dime !!!! My airline will definitely refund tickets because of Covid but if booked through a third party like Travel Avion then Travel Avion must request this refund. The airline will not refund directly to me. I have told Travel Avion this so many, many times. I gave them a copy of the airline's press release advising that the airline would refund tickets because of Covid. I gave Travel Avion a 1-800 help number from the airline in case they needed assistance with processing my return. It is like beating a dead horse as all they do is come back and tell me to request the refund from the airline or put in an insurance claim with my credit card. My credit card only covers Interruption not Cancellation. My credit card company also will not cancel payment because it has been too long. Because Travel Avion won't give me the name of the flight insurance company I paid for, then I can't go that route either. I am pretty sure they pocketed this money and no insurance company ever received my payment. If I email them, I send one to two dozen emails before they respond and if they do, they come back with things like "call and we will arrange your booking" or "please call us for help on this". Just one stall tactic after another. If I do manage to get through on the phone, the call gets disconnected. This has been a total nightmare. I am out almost $1,800.00 USA. This company needs to loose its licence. For the life of me, I don't understand how it is still in business when I read about 70 some absolutely bad reviews. Why has this operation not been shut done and all charged??? I have to give a 1 star to them because that is what is required by this site but if I could I would give a minus 20. The owner(s) and all employees need to be charged with theft and spend a long time in jail. It is unbelievable that there are people out there that are such scumbags!!! Absolutely deplorable humanbeings!!!
I had an okay experience with their treacle services. They helped me through it so I’m happy.
I would give 0 stars if possible. First of all, you call them and they use another name to make the airline booking so that you will never be able to call the legitimate business (like British Airways) and access your flight information. Then, you will never be able to get ahold of them again. They will take your money and never answer your emails or phone calls. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, and I'm not sure if I'll get all the money back. Run away!

This company is the worse I ever used. Customer service useless, they never call back. Not reliable company.They promised to refund my money and now they denied it. I pay over $900 and now they said, not refund because I canceled my reservation due COVID19. I did cancelled and asked for a refund and they said I can re- book or get the refund and now they don't offer the refund. Sooo bad...I will never recommend that company. Not sure how BBB hasn't intervene that company. ZERO starts will be my score
Is it possible to give them ZERO stars! I understand that COVID has affected the world, but to not answer repeated phone calls and emails causing us to lose thousands in airline tickets is inexcusable. Adding more harm on top of harm; heartless! Maybe they are no longer in business which is good for those who haven't been scammed.

Their agent booked our flights on the wrong date which cost me $2000 to correct. They promised a refund and it has now been almost 2 years. Fat chance that’s ever coming. This company are total scam artists. I can’t believe they are allowed to continue doing business in the USA. Oddly enough the United airlines agent recommended I call them.
If there was a 0 rating i would have given that to them. I believe they are scamming people and needs to be put out of business. This airline is garbage and they are all theives.
This company has 1 star because I could not leave a review otherwise. Their customer service is worse than poor. The agents hang up on you when they can't outwit you. Due to COVID19, my flights were canceled through Finnair through American Airlines. Both airlines would give me the refund but Travel Avion refuses. I have sent countless emails and called. Since I am not far from their US office , a visit might be required. Certainly a call to the Illinois Attorney General is required. DO NOT LET THEM FISH YOU. REQUIRE THAT THEY IDENTIFY THEMSELVES BEFORE BOOKING.
The problem is, you do not know you are dealing with this "company" or "business" until it is too late. They phish and scam online. You THINK you are at a legit airline website but they are in the background gathering your info to contact you and either move/cancel/change your flight and the price goes up. Imagine that! They will not be around much longer I'm sure. In a pandemic environment, there is no one to shut them down. There may be many more victims. We may lose our money, this bogus "agent fee," that they insist you agree to or they'll cancel your flight. You have no control. You just want your flight so you agree. You need to have your bank/credit card help you fight this fraudulent charge. Going through the airline directly is always the best.
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!! I booked a flight (spirit airlines) with them then decided to cancel it at the last minute.The person I spoke to REASSURED me that I would only get a refund if I was to book with another company, which I did, on the spot. They however NEVER got in touch with the 1st company (spirit) to cancel my flight so it ended up as a no show. When I called again the following week, that same lady told me that she cancelled the flight, which was not true. I ended up paying for the price of 2 tickets.
Needed to add a third party to my reservations. They said (on the recorded line) "we will first re-book new flights then cancel the old flights". Never happened, just added new flights.... then did not pass along return flight changes. F%&&^%$#)ed my return flights.
