Communication is Key
I'm not really sure what I think, I paid for a special Radiesse (Model needed package) I paid $675.00, the owner told me it was 2,500 to 3,000 normally and it would be 3 to 4 Syringes and I let her know it was for the face, so when I get there on the date I was scheduled the girl that does it knew nothing about me coming because she hadn't trained on the face yet, (not her fault) the owner had scheduled me, I was mad it's kinda hard to schedule around a job but I rescheduled, when I went back the owner wasn't there the girl that does the Radiesse took me back and pulled out 1syring and I said the owner said it would be 3 or 4 syringes and she said that's crazy that's to much, so what I'm trying to say is, there is absolutely no change I paid regular price for 1 syringe but lied to about getting a wonderful special, I sent a messenger message to the owner and let her know how I felt and I saw where the message was read but never replied to, I didn't want to write a review but after no answer I felt I needed to because I'm angry and needed to vent, the girl that did the Radiesse is very sweet I don't blame her, now I see why Rami left. I also have a eyeliner certificate I bought months ago that I don't think I want anymore but they don't give refunds.
