Bad reviews are true
I regret not paying attention to the negative reviews about Trademark Eaze. Unfortunately, I am now dealing with the consequences.I contacted Trademark Eaze for help filing a trademark, and from the beginning they used scare tactics to pressure me into overpaying. I was charged $3,598 total — $98 for their service and $3,500 supposedly for government fees. After doing my own research, I discovered that the actual government filing fee was only $350 and that my business only required one classification.Within 20 minutes of speaking with their representative, I called back and requested a refund after realizing I had been misled. The representative told me that my application had already been submitted and that I simply needed to wait for the serial number. However, this was not accurate. When a trademark application is submitted to the USPTO, a serial number is generated immediately. After several phone calls, they promised to issue a refund. My last conversation with them was on 1/26/2026. Since then, I have received no refund and no further responses to my emails. They never completed any actual work on my behalf. I have saved all documents and recorded phone conversations and have now filed a dispute with my credit card company.Save yourself the headache. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are accurate.

Prolific spam with false information…
Prolific spam with false information from the "officer" from this site. It's not even in English so nice try but no way anyone should do anything other than report these guts to the domain name registrar and the FTC.

Lots of threats
This appears to be a scam. All of the 1 star reviews are true in my experience. In addition, look at their website testimonials. None of the people are searchable on LinkedIn. When I asked for links to the trademarks they had registered for the tesimonial people, they said they couldn't share them due to privacy. Not true, it's a public trademark register with people publically declaring how much they loved the service. After threatening me A LOT, they dissappeared.

Violating Several Privacy and Business Laws
This company contacted me via SMS without my consent and threatened legal action if they are successful in registering my business name despite notifying them that we have a co-exist agreement with another party and they will not be able to register it. I directed them to my legal counsel several times which they ignored. It appears they are trying to scare businesses into using their service rather than actually being helpful. Would not recommend.

Scammy company
Scammy company. Contacted us saying they had a company that would register my business name as a trademark if I didn’t agree to pay them to do it first. Read the good “reviews” - notice the not fluent English language? Read their website. Also non fluent English. Their “paralegal” cussed at me, and couldn’t provide any valid credentials such as attorney name. STAY AWAY!!!

big scam
Another company that scams and threatens legal action to get you to use their services just because your information is listed on the USPTO website when they publish your contact information.

It is a distinct pleasure for me to…
It is a distinct pleasure for me to recommend company name to any and all interested parties. They have been professional, comprehensive and competent throughout the process of our working together. We feel that we have established a relationship with them for years to come. The reaction to our new web site has been overwhelmingly positive; as one commented the site is “FANTASTIC.”
