Windows 11 Operating System no longer supported and Customer service seems non-existant.
I bought a computer with window 11 on it only to find out once it arrived that particular version was no longer supported as of October last year. Also, the modem and mousepad functions are erratic at times, and this was supposed to be a Premium computer. I made three attempts to talk to Tough Outlet about the issue. One time by phone but they weren't open, One time by Chat and another by email. It's been more than long enough for anyone to respond to me about the problem I've encountered. I purchased another Tough book in the past and was well satisfied with it and their support at the time. However, this time I can't say Im happy at all with the product or customer service I received. Update: Tough Outlet is working with me to resolve my issues. I will update once we are finished.
