this company is a rip off. Stated that my wife filled in a form to claim rebate - my wife is not that computer literate - and we both signed it apparently - I did not sign anything even with a mouse - I would have gone direct to Tax people - the two signature's are totally different and the address is wrong. Company say we were told your income, a bot was ticked with earnings between 12500 and 50000 but average person earns that. They tooK 40% and plus £100 for admin. Also said that payment would be made with 35 days, 2 weeks later they ask for ID and when received it would be 35 days from then - they are earning interest on this money as well. Absolute fraud as my wife did not fill out any tax form from this 3rd party - absolute fraud and I will be taking action.

I want all of my details removed and feel sick to think they will take any rebates owed to me in the future. Tried to cancel their services and got told it would cost me £100. I was never informed of any deductions or cost for signing up I was told that if I had worked from home I am owed money.

Scammers and dodgy company
I used this company to claim a working from home tax rebate. I new they charged quite a high fee but did not realise there was an additional £30 fee. From a £116:00 refund I will be getting £40 odd pounds. Their website states you will receive a chq within 30 days, but I’ve now been told they still havnt finalised all the security checks. They already know it’s me as they have my details, they will send an email to a printing company to print out the chq, after this has been done it will take an additional 14 days to get to me. This is now turning into 70 days. I have asked on several occasions via email for a call from a manager, no one has called me back. This company is a scam, I can’t different replies Earth time. Please do not use them, I have since found out it’s simple to do the refund yourself. A very dodgy company.

We had emails from this website after complaining about Marriage tax rebate scam we got caught up in. Total refusal from them on behalf of Ensign Advisory to accept any responsibility. MP dealt with HMRC direct and has managed to get FULL REFUND of tax rebate returned to us.
