I downloaded the app on my phone and the paper work sent to my email I filled out everything and went to have it notarized and they couldn't do it so now I don't know what to do I paid $30 and I can't use it and I really need this

Total Legal checked all the boxes!
I was very pleased to find Total Legal on the internet. I was looking to just have a simple will made up. Most sites that could perform that task...wanted a lot more money for the service. And some also wanted me to pay for a monthly subscription plan. I did not want or need that. Total Legal checked all the boxes that I was looking for in making a will specific to my state laws. And for anyone who may be reading this reviews....before you go elsewhere...give Total Legal a try. I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed with the excellent services that they provide for their customers.
