To be completely honest, I was quite skeptical at first because 1. some reviews were less than great and 2. I was putting my trust into someone I don't know and giving access to my online account.That said, the process was beyond streamlined and easy. Nick was communicative and easy to work with. Once filling out the form he provided, I received payment just before 5 PM CDT same day.I submitted my AMEX points balance to multiple points purchasing programs, and Top Dollar Payouts' offer came in at over $100 higher than the next closest offer. I HIGHLY recommend Nick and Top Dollar Payouts for the best bang for your.... errr.. points, and couldn't be happier with their service, communication and professionalism!
This company is a total scam. They took access to my account, wasted my time, and after two months, falsely claimed that I failed a compliance test and could not pay out. Their dishonesty and lack of transparency (ignoring me for weeks) make them completely untrustworthy. Do not fall for their tricks—stay far away.
Sold my Avios points. Never received the money and got no response to emails. looks like a scam like the rest and the good reviews must be fake. Be cafefull!

So, I have millions of miles and I calculated I could get 80 roundtrips if I used them myself.... do I need 80 round trips? No!! I got offers from three firms. These guys were the top. I got phone calls! Not emails with weird English instructions. Sure, there are procedures to flow if you want to sell miles, but - I promise you - these guys explain properly and will hand-hold you through the process. And when a payment site issue arose on my end, they had solutions. They made sure I got my money. I don't know if they are the biggest, the most popular, or anything like that... but this company performs. You are an idiot if you think you will get better support elsewhere.
