I STRONGLY suggest you have your packing department make up a 15 meal box (actual food not necessary) using the "climacell" packing and the box cealed as normal, Take it into as *home-like environment as you possibly can. Try unpacking it and getting the contents into *home-style trash.

The meals are very good. The UPS packaging is terrible. If there is another way, choose it. We wish we could.
The process of ordering and receiving meals is excellent. The two meals I've eaten so far have been rather mediocre. Pork tenderloin with apples had the pork swimming in water. Heating was complicated as I had to remove the veggies to heat separately. The sweet potato was very good though. The second meal, pasta with sausage and peppers tasted good, but the sauce was almost nonexistent, so it felt dry and gummy. Sausage was a few crumbles, and the heating instructions did not get the food hot in the recommended time.

Meals are tasty, nutritious and filling. However they used to let us select the starches and vegetables (for a slight upcharge) but have since discontinued this "for safety reasons". It's take-it-or-leave-it now. And the meals have become a bit pricey.
I selected items to buy, but did not initially make the purchase. I received an email stating that the items I selected were saved in my cart, but that was untrue. This happened twice, and each time I reported the errors but received an automated reply from a mailbox that doesn't get read.When I finally did place the order, I received confirmation of the order, but never received the promised ship date. Things are getting sloppy.
Top Chef Meals is great—no subscription required, customizable sides, quality food, and extra protein options. Very, very pleased!
I am new to these type of meal so a review would be premature
Reasonably good food, but there are some packaging problems. Often the plastic tray that holds the food arrives broken with small shards of plastic in the food. If you're not careful, you can end up eating some of these shards of plastic and they can be sharp. I've found this happens in at least one dinner in each of my orders. Why are you using plastic anyway?

I can't customize the meals like I used to, and you eliminated the Gluten-Free Special Diet Menu. Why? Your packaging still says "Customize." At least you still have a Low Sodium menu. However, it doesn't show all the meals I find by going to the Main Menu and checking off Low Sodium and Gluten-Free there. What's with the inconsistency?This is not the same Top Chef Meals I discovered a while ago.
The website needs to improved. I am unable to customize orders, for example, to add more protein to the meals I order. In addition, I did not receive an email confirming my order and giving an estimated time for delivery. While the quality of the food remains very good, it appears the operations end of the company is going downhill and that's unfortunate for long-time customers like myself.
The meals were delivered on time. We are very pleased with the quality and amount of food put into each meal. We use the Low Sodium offerings. Keep up the good service! ❤️
Meals were expected to arrive Tuesday and due to shipping delays by Friday morning they still have not arrived.
