Why oh why didn't I read Trust Pilot…
**UPDATE** THIS COMPANY IS NO LONGER TRADING AS OF 11TH DECEMBER. Sympathies go to the front line staff who were probably let down by poor management. Why oh why didn't I read Trust Pilot reviews before I placed an order with this shower? Ordered and paid for a couple of Triton drive belts on 10th December 25, checked my order "status" on 19th only to find it was not even despatched. Emailed company. No response. Emailed again on 21st (as still showing as not despatched) - no response. Tried their online contact form - no response. And now their website is not working. Have asked my credit card provider to get money back under their chargeback scheme for items less than £100. Fingers Crossed! So how could this company improve? Stop offering their service would be my advice.

No humans to speak to
Ordered some spares which turned out to be incorrect. I picked the right part from their schematic (blade flange inner for the TTS1400 plunge saw) but was arrived was 4.5 too “fat”.Anyway, phoned the number on the packing sheet who explained I can’t speak to them and that they only deal with manufacturers/trade. I explained that I ordered direct from thier website and phoned the number that they supplied me. After a bit of too and fro, they explained direct orders are a different company and the only way to speak with that company (with the same name and logo) was via an email address which she gave me. The email address bounced so I was left with no way to contact them.

Multiple abysmal experiences
My order was not delivered despite the company's assertion that it was. I have previously had problems with them They have us over a barrel because they are the only suppliers in the UK of most Triton spares. As a result of my experiences with them I will never buy Triton again. I will also check that they are not the sole suppliers of spare parts for any tools I purchase in the future.

Company has replied and promised replacement
ORIGINAL: Pretty much same as everyone else here. Bought an armature around £50 inc postage. Arrived damaged; UPS courier alerted me to the trashed box, I took out the armature and examined it. Bent to hell due to totally unprotected drop. Rejected, UPS took it back with them. At this point I discover, like everyone else, that this company has no phone, no way to contact them other than their 'easy-to-ignore' contact form. I left my complaint with order number and details... no response and judging by the other feedback here it looks like I can kiss my money goodbye. Lesson hammered home (again): don't spend money with un-contactable 'companies'.UPDATE: The company DID contact me today (in response to the message I left via their contact form) and said they were sending out another item for me, thoroughly packed this time. That's encouraging; hopefully I'll get the correct item in good condition. The chap explained to me some structural reason ('this company is a subsidiary of that company which is owned by this other company etc') why they couldn't be contacted directly by customers other than via the 'contact form'... but whoever owns the company my feedback still stands i.e. MAKE YOURSELF CONTACTABLE and accountable as real human beings at a real identifiable address. He wasn't receptive to my feedback that the packaging was inadequate (it absolutely WAS!) saying this was the only damage in 5 years or so. Basically, if something is damaged the way this item was, then IT WAS INCORRECTLY PACKAGED, period, full-stop. I could send the same item day in day out without it getting damaged. All it requires is sufficient bubble wrap to create a 'compressed' air buffer around the item in its close-fitting box. But why argue the damn point with me?? (Sigh)

watch out for import taxes
They should stated clearly that there will be extra custom costs to be paid. I bought only 2 pairs of carbon brushes and a plastic cap and paid almost the same amount on import taxes! Not pleased at all.

Where is my money?
Having just checked Companies House I find that toolsparesonline is a dormant company. How can it still be trading? I ordered a part which was delivered virtually by return. I was impressed. I then discovered that the part was unnecessary and returned it with their agreement on the same day for resale with their promise of a refund. Since then complete silence - no response to my numerous emails and no sign of a refund.

Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company. Ordered parts and received confirmation email. A week later and still no parts so I check online and it says order processing. I email about it and am told that payment didn't go through, despite my confirmation. So they havey order for a week but don't bother to contact me regarding the payment error so I never receive my order. But if I like I can go through the process again!! Yeah....NO.

Closed until further notice
Closed until further notice. Knew my parts I wanted to order. Jumped right to the parts and ordered them. Entered credit card details and confirmed order. Then got a message they have closed their doors and will not post my items until further noticed. Why are they allowing people to order but then tell them they won't be sending anything. super sleezy. Now two days later that notice is no where to be found. Did I happen to order on he last day of their suspension of business?

Forgot to send my order, very late delivery!
I ordered some spare parts from this company with a 5-7 day delivery (cost as much as my order). After 10 days I checked the UPS status and it turns out UPS hadn't even received the package so I contacted the company to ask them to send the products overnight. Because my work depends on having these tools, I was not happy that they were not only late, but had forgotten to be sent at all! They responded by sending it in 4-5 days, but by then the tools were already almost 10 days late which put me very behind in my work. I asked for some kind of refund on the shipping and they have ignored all of my emails. Don't recommend at all.
