The staff is attentive, competent and can listen to your needs and provide a fantastic experience for their clients. This is all a customer wants or expects from any company. And, you guys have everything to make your customers satisfied or pleased with your Beading supplies.
I love the look of some of their bracelets and have purchased two kits. However, the instructions have been confusing and sometimes just plain wrong. I contacted customer service and I received absolutely no response. I don't think I'll be ordering anything more from them.

I like shopping at the Too Cute Beads website because I can find a good variety of product, and they offer items in trend, not on the back side but the leading side of trends in jewelry. Good design tips too. My order arrives quickly and is filled accurately.
Only thing I don't like is the discontinuation of many of the regaliz products. They used carry so much more of that line.
I have never been disappointed with any dealings that I have had with Too Cute Beads. Karen, the owner, keeps right on top of the new trends and always has a great selection of beads and kits to buy. Actually, Too Cute Beads is my favorite store to shop.
My experience with this company is excellent.
I enjoy their kits and have learned some new techniques as a result. But their prices are a little high especially if you make jewelry for a living. Their quality of product is one of the reasons I still buy from them.
I enjoy shopping your site, you have great prices and great quality merchandise. Except I was greatly disappointed when I made a large order of crystals and the bags were not marked with the colors. I warm still not able to tell the difference between certain colors so now I stick with sites that mark all my products. Other than that you would have gotten five stars.

If you have any questions, you can call and speak with a real live person. They're very helpful and will explain how to do something if you don't know. I had called to speak with a rep about an item asking questions and advised I was thinking about ordering but wasn't quite sure. When I next ordered, the rep had put a free gift in my order (the item I was interested in), along with a hand written personal note to me. Needless to say, I was really surprised and thrilled. I called the rep and expressed my sincere appreciation. I really liked the item, and have since ordered numerous quantities. They go out of their way to make you happy. Would definitely recommend this company. A++ in my book.
I ordered some lockets and got the wrong ones. I called Too Cute Beads and told them that I couldnt open the lockets. They said they had sent the wrong ones and they would send out the right ones right away. They didnt even wait till I sent the ones I had to them. I thought it was great they trusted me. I got them in 3 days.

Their customer service is above and beyond. Their Christmas earring kits are wonderful and are always a best seller for me.
I recommend Too Cute Beads because the owner and staff are very knowledgeable about beading and chainmail. They are very approachable and have no problem helping their customers figure out how to complete projects so that they look professional. I have bought both individual products and kits and have never been disappointed.

The products that I usually purchase are made of Swarovski and are generally earrings for the holiday. I love putting the kits together and I sell dozens of them in one year. Please keep the good products coming as well as the prices!
I love Toocutebeads.com because they have bead kits that are the cutest earrings and bracelets. Especially the holiday kits. Every female member of my family has something I made from purchases at their website. I think the prices are good, maybe some a little high, but I'm a penny pincher and most other places charge the same. You would pay more if you went to a department store and the quality would not be half as nice.
