Geisinger uses them as a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) supplier who in turn seeks other suppliers to fill prescriptions. They slow the process of getting prescriptions filled and do not keep anyone up to date as they delay getting orders filled.

I just want to say thank you for everyone being so helpful.
My first time using the automated ordering system and having difficulty determining what I am eligible to replace. It’s not like things wear out. They are replaced for sanitary reasons so you should tell me when it’s time to replace them. Also I’m waiting for a call back on a billing issue. It’s been a month.

All the training was great. However, I’ve asked for a smaller sized mask or a different style, due to mine being way too large and it’s leaking. I still have not gotten any reponce.
I forwarded a script from Neourolgist for a scooter, you passed it to Sus Vally Mobility but it went no further Meantime Dr. Aslam retired, and my PCP is not answering Sus Valley questions so they can proceed. Look at all my med records and you can see it is needed. Plus I have ALL my med records from Dr. Aslam. Do I fall with only cane or walker? YES
This company is so cool! My dad and I were helping my 95-year-old grandfather order a new wheelchair last week. He lives in New York and the store he usually goes to has been closed because of COVID-19. We tried ordering from them over the phone, but the person who answered said his model was back ordered and couldn't recommend a good substitute. We were so frustrated, but I eventually found Tomorrow Health online, so we gave it a try and LOVED it! The insurance calculator makes it so easy, they had his model in stock, and they were super responsive over the phone. The best part is that the wheelchair arrived two days later and my grandfather said he received the nicest check-in call from Tomorrow Health :)

Tomorrow Health is an amazing company during these unexpected times. I wasn’t feeling comfortable going to my usual local stores during the COVID crisis but Tomorrow Health has helped put my mind at ease.
