The brackets are over built which I’m super impressed with. I built them on the website and I had an idea of what they would look like. Once they arrived I was blown away because they were even better than expected. Well worth the cost

Ordered some heavy duty joist hangers for some 2x beams and some post mount brackets. When they arrived, the dimensions were exactly like I drew them on the website and they were better than I expected. Not only that, they had them fabricated, shipped and I recieved them faster than I expected. They will answer the phone and or call you back. I had the pleasure of working with Laurel on my custom plate purchase and she was absolutely amazing. I sent in a cardboard janky drawing :) of what I needed to match existing plates in my house. She went above and beyond and worked with me closely on the measurements to make sure it was correct. After receiving the plates, I must say these are high quality and was exactly what I had ordered and appears to fit perfectly. I haven't fully put them up but I am so excited to finish this project as this was to match existing plates I had in my house to a pavilion I built outside. I will definitely use you for any future purchases and tell others to also purchase from you. Extremely satisfied customer

Love the look of them with my rough sawn timber beams. I probably should have added the powder coat finish, but the matte black paint I used looks very good... just took more time than expected.
