One of the worst experiences of my life. I spent hours and days for over 2 months leading up to the event attempting to access my tickets. It was a nightmare, and no one would answer the customer service number to help resolve the issue, and their chat option stated my order number could not be found. I want to warn others and save them the time and stress of dealing with this awful site. I will NEVER use them again!
Went to a show and a security guard wouldn’t let my friend in because her purse was about a half inch too big. Totally a power trip thing.
