The value they offer is incredible

The value they offer is incredible. I recently purchased a season pass for their events, and it has been worth every penny. The range of programming is fantastic, and I’ve had the opportunity to experience genres I wouldn’t typically seek out. The intimate setting allows for a connection between the audience and performers that is rare to find elsewhere. This organization is a pillar in the entertainment industry, fostering inclusivity and joy in every performance.

Do not use this site

Do not use this site, all my personal info ended up on the dark web from this site. I have had numerous attempts to get into a bunch of of my accounts using the email associated. I subscribe to a credit service and states it was due to Ticketfly.com

I wish I could give 0 stars!!

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Ticketfly incorrectly advertised the event start time AND end time. So I show up at the scheduled start time and the headliner had already performed!!!! THEN the show ends 2 hours earlier than scheduled and I'm left waiting in the cold for a ride for 2 hours on my birthday!!!! Ticketfly customer service says they aren't responsible for any schedule changes and it's not their fault that they NEVER contacted me to tell me that the show time was not as advertised. They will lie to you and scam you out of your money and then refuse to fix it in any way!!! This turned into the absolute worst experience and a birthday nightmare I will never forget!! :( AVOID AT ALL COST.

y’all this is a JOKE first off my card…

y’all this is a JOKE first off my card wouldn’t work (i should have listen to my phone) so i called, they told me i put something wrong in i asked miss Thotiana her self is she could wait just a second for me to check and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called AGAIN and miss ashley was terrible. This isn’t the worst part about this when i tel l y’all don’t use the app don’t use the app. my card got HACKED from some guy in ny clearly they’re selling you’re information i spent 108.75 on a band i really love now i have to get a new card and everything. DONT USE THEM IF YOU DONT HAVE TO ITS A SCAM.

Show rescheduled from 10/2/19 to…

Show rescheduled from 10/2/19 to 4/30/2020!!!! Refund info sent to BS spam folder and the cut off for the refund was 9/30....3 days before the show. They so how can't refund me my money for a show that is 6 months away because Ticketfly and THE ANTHEM DC are terrible..... Was on the line for over 50 minutes on two phones and hung up on by two women. Only to be helped by a man moments later.So it would be nice if ticketfly just gives me my money back instead of just keeping it. simple way to resolve this....just refund me. You can easily sell the ticket within 6 months.I might not even live in this state in 6 months.Amazing company with no supervisor/manager.

You've heard the saying

You've heard the saying , Buyer beware, well Ticketfly is the poster child for that. I purchased four tickets for a event, that started out at $13 a piece and ended up at $27 each plus $38.27 for service charges, coming to a total of $146.27. Ticketfly advertised the $13.00 price before my purchase and after me paying $146.27 for 4 $13.00 tickets. Granted it was a oversight on my part for not paying more attention to the final transaction numbers. I was at fault for that. When I contacted Ticketfly, I was TOLD that their prices are subject to change, just would not expect it DURING a sale. They refused to HONOR the original price. SHAME ON THEM.

Horrible

Horrible. Never received my tickets. No option to "Print at Home". Customer Service opened a case on Monday. No one bothered to respond in any way. I called today (Friday - five days later) -- in the phone que for over an hour. Person was able to push the tickets to my e-mail within seconds.Why do they make things so hard?

Heartless and unresponsive

Wouldn't have chosen to use this company on my own, but the theater that I wanted to go to forced me to use Ticketfly. I was really excited about the event but my father passed away and his funeral was the day of the event. Ticketfly refused to respond to my contact attempts. Tried go to though Capital One but Ticketfly fought the charge reversal attempt stating there was a no refund policy. It's horrible that they could be so cruel and not even acknowledge me or apologize. Most companies care about their customers and attempt to make things right. In the future, if it comes down to purchasing through Ticketfly or not seeing an event, I won't see the show.

Just buy your tickets secondhand if you have to

Not surprised they have consistently poor reviews. I was charged 16 for 2 $25 tickets. $66 total. What the hell do they charge so much for??? Any other company just charges a much smaller, flat service fee and you can pay extra for insurance or to refund. Here I paid 60% of the ticket prices and they STILL refuse a refund a month before the show! Greedy company. Never been charged out the a** like this before

The customer service sucks

The customer service sucks. They have limited hours & when open have wait times over 1/2 an hour for customer service. This on top of outrageous service charges.

This site does not have United Kingdom

This site does not have United Kingdom, Great Britain or England as a country. It does have the Isle of Man which I managed to use to enter my uk address to buy tickets. Also Spain and many other major countries.

Triple check the venue & dates

Triple check the venue & dates - bought a ticket for Dallas for a later and ended up with a Chicago on show the passed the previous week... and they have the audacity to say we are not responsible. I purchased it through your link! Worst experience ever!

I will never use them again!

I will never use them again!! I didn't even realize that's where the tickets I purchased were coming from. (These are GA tickets by the way) The tickets I bought were $40 per ticket and was charged $221. That's robbery! $70 fee on each ticket?!?!?! I'll be disputing this charge.

Will use again in the future

I have ordered tickets several times through Ticketfly and haven't had any issues. I chose to receive a physical ticket each time and they were mailed and received promptly and with plenty of time to go before the concerts. My main issue was that the tickets for a concert were listed as 'not available' on the mobile app, even though they had just gone on sale literally 2 minutes prior. I had to go to a physical computer and login in order to place my ticket order and get it to go through.
