It was a little hard to navigate the web page, but the people that I talk to where very helpful and informative. With what they told me I thought I was going to be ok, but no, I think that maybe I did something wrong, they did do what they said they would do so, who knows. 😊
I was easy to do.
There is no ‘system’ or ‘algorithm’ as the site claims. There is no person that reviews your documents either.As a web developer myself, all this site does is have you answer a few, generic questions in the form of checkboxes. Those answers are then pasted word-for-word in your defense document along with your own write-up that you provide at the end. Nothing is edited, reviewed, or altered by any ‘system’, ‘algorithm’, or human. It simply copy and pastes the generic answers and your response at the end into a formatted document to send off to the courts. Nothing about the annswers are unique to your case, and I can imagine the courts starting to catch onto these submitted forms because the answers are all the same.I’ve used a different online traffic ticket fighting system before and received a much more elaborate defense package that was actually reviewed and written by a human based on your responses. There was even an exchange between you and the rep helping you for revisions if needed. My defense package was written with unique details about my case and provided many other defense reasons in my form than what I received from TicketBust.Had I known that it was going to spit out a copy-and-paste of my checkbox answers and my own response, I would have never used this service. I thought I was providing details for the ‘algorithm’ or a human to review and add and edit. Something you can easily fill out yourself on the courts website or in a letter. Nothing special about the defense package you receive.Save your money. Would not recommend this to anyone. I won’t be using the defense documents TicketBust gave me.

Get better people to answer your phones .Not some rude ass lady that mad that she have to do her job. I won’t be coming back here. Don’t waste your time here,rude last min and will give you the run around

I used this company for a red light ticket. I had to phone many times as I didn't understand the process. Zach and Steve were helpful and patient with questions. I spoke with Nicole several times and she wasn't as helpful. I just hoped she wouldn't answer. I don't do her job so she seemed put out by answering the questions I didn't quite understand. This is not a lawyer office ( they told me that whenever I asked questions pertaining to the court process) and they basically just put the info in from your answers and send the paperwork via the app for you to send in. You download everything and mail into the court. This could be done by you. It was harder trying to figure out the app. When I first inquired, I went ahead and opted with the second ticket option. I did receive a $40 refund if I didn't win my case. I was also told traffic school was $60. This may have been what the court charges, but the traffic school thru Ticketbust was $5. It wasn't clear after the process endedI didn't win my case which was a $581 fine plus the ticketbust charge. Not worth it!

Waste of time, I think. After giving this money, I can already deal with a traffic lawyer.
Y’all need to inform people that your not a law firm or attorney before they give you any personal info or pay you
Worked like a charm. I was very skeptical that this would work at all. If you follow their instructions and do what they say, it works. My ticket was in a school zone and it still was dismissed. Very happy with the outcome.
This is the second time around with them helping me in a 2 year span. First experience was great, they lower the outrageous cost of the ticket as well as got traffic school. So no points on my driving record. This time is a speeding ticket 🎟️ so confident it will be handled as before. I would most definitely recommend them.
The service is pretty bad, don't waste your time. You are better off finding an actual attorney for perhaps $100 more. They tried with my cellphone ticket, which was a pretty easy and straightforward ticket to do; however, they failed, and I was still charged and paid the fine. They use an automatic intake form which sucks and does not do a good job of taking your case info. Overall, please don't waste your time here.
I caution potential customers to be aware that the standard defense package does not include protection for future tickets. That is an additional feature, which is offered at an additional $29. What is not disclosed is that you are agreeing to a yearly membership of protection that renews at $59. You have to cancel it before it renews.The sales representative made it seem like the standard package included the protection for a year. At no point was it made clear that it was an additional feature-let alone a yearly subscription. Per the terms of the agreement, the sales rep must disclose the terms EXACTLY as they are written which did not happen. This practice is misleading and potential customers must be weary of a business that chooses to conduct business in that manner.
