I'm still pretty new to Thrive and what I can say so far is that it is a very comprehensive program. There are so many resources available, daily motivational prompts, 2-3 weekly group meetings (optional but so supportive), frequent workshops from coaches as well and clinicians, etc. The site is very user friendly too. Response from coaches is fast. I feel acknowledged, supported and part of a compassionate community.

Thrive has been a life saver for me
Thrive has been a life saver for me. There is so much information, and acceptance through this group. Gave me the courage to try the Sinclair Method, and the sense of self worth and value that drinking and shame had stolen from me. I do not interact all the time, but I know Thrive is there when I need it. To feel accepted, included, and self determined. Thrive gives me strength.

To me TSM is a miracle
To me TSM is a miracle. Thrive made this miracle possible. It’s not just swallowing a pill one hour before you drink it’s the work that goes along with it where Thrive comes in. Katie the founder and the other coaches with all the zoom meetings where you can get help and support. The specialty zoom meetings held my doctors and therapists ready to answer any questions along the way. The raw honesty from other members that makes you feel normal. For me there was no other help that worked and this was a gentle way to recover.

Thrive's program exceeds my expectations
The Thrive leadership team, counselors and professional advisors are all excellent communicators, targeting just the right amount of information on a consistent basis. In addition, the Thrive library contains extensive resources for those who want more answers and support not only for themselves, but for spouses/significant others/family. Thrive allows each of us to customize our AUD program at a depth and frequency best suited to personal needs. This is a very well designed and managed rehabilitation program delivered with a personal yet confidential touch.

Letting go of the demon that controls me.
I've been a daily, heavy drinker for over 4 decades. I've tried AA and about 6-7 other programs of all kinds. Nothing compares to the experience and results I've achieved with Thrive Alcohol Recovery. Releasing yourself from Alcohol Use Disorder requires so much more than taking a pill. The step-by-step information and education is invaluable. The love, support, encouragement and coaching is fabulous and just what I needed.I've been with Thrive for about 4 months now. Quite honestly, I don't know if my end-goal is to stop drinking altogether or to be able to enjoy a cocktail on occassion. But, I'm confident that regardless, I will finally let go of the demon that controls me daily and find a path through life that does not have to be subservient to an addictive, life-damaging toxin.

Thrive is an amazing community!
Thrive is an amazing community! Katie and all the coaches care tremendously for all who are apart of this beautiful and inspiring community. I would highly recommend anyone interested in stoping or cutting back from drinking alcohol to check this community out. It has personally helped me cut back my intake and how to be more mindful overall.

Trive is a multi faceted experience for alcohol reduction.
The experience has multi faceted ways to learn from videos, live talks, plenty of backup information and experience. Groups to join or not join and the responsiveness to questions and input is blazingly fast. I believe this will help me on my journey for alcohol reduction. I was part of another program that was not nearly as approachable and deep in different ways to experience and learn.

Thrive and Naltrexone is a winning combination
I first heard about Naltrexone on PBS Newshour in Dec 2024. I immediately pursued more information and found Thrive. I have cut WAY back on my drinking with the help of Naltrexone, the Sinclair Method, and Thrive, with most days alcohol-free. I attend the online sessions, which help me stay focused. The counselors at Thrive are great, and the website contains a great deal of information to help me understand why/how I have have alcohol use disorder (AUD) and how to overcome it. Thank you Thrive!

Thrive is fabulous online community
Thrive is fabulous online community for people trying to cut back on their drinking, taking Naltrexone & using The Sinclair Method. I have been a member for over a year & HIGHLY recommend it! They have great videos, exercises, group calls & resources to help you. It is also a very accepting, non-judgmental group of people who offer support, advice & encouragement. Also, it is VERY reasonably prices. Well worth the money!

The Sinclar Method is a Game Changer
The Thrive team has been a game changer for me as I navigate the complexities of Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD). The live weekly coaching sessions support sharing and listening to others. I have shared the peer-reviewed studies with my physician so that he could better understand TSM.

Thrive and The Sinclair Method is a best shot
The company run by Katie Lain, is a caring, methodically supervised organisation. It is non judgemental, helps you find your way, and is in my opinion very professionally run. Thrive has an abundance of tools and strategies to help those with AUD. Well structured importantly, and availability through zoom, for support and coaches. Look at the science of The Sinclair Method. A tragedy it is not used in every rehab center! Sad this Sinclair Method is not more known, but it will be. It saves lives and is science and data driven. I cannot say enough for the past four months watching it help other people, and so far helping me. I feel if it gets you to stop drinking, or for some, to be able to drink sometimes while following the science based protocol of extinguishing AUD. That may sound crazy. But look at the data of 30 years. Katie has developed a very caring organisation, called Thrive!

Cost is great
Cost is great, you can do it at home and noone needs to know. The staff is beyond awesome. You can get a hold of them at almost anytime if you need help. The app is wonderful with plenty of exercises and videos to learn from. I have had a great time cutting way back on drinking with no real stress.

Drinking all day, to maybe once a month, with little effort
I started the program about 18 months ago. The membership cost was hard to justify right away, and I thought about trying the Sinclair method on my own with the pills, but the support group was more than I could ask for, and I wouldn't be successful without it. The facilitators, especially Katie, are great. The extra sessions and guest speakers are also helpful. I haven't had a healthy relationship with alcohol for most of my life, especially the last 10 years. I was able to stay sober 2018-2020, but I never stopped craving it. I joined Thrive when I was at the point of drinking 6-12 drinks a day, every day. I got quick results right away, and a slower change since. The group really helped encourage me to stick with it. Now, drinking usually seems gross. I've only drank a few times in 2025, and it's not an effort to not drink now. The few times I did, I would have 2 or 3, and be done with it. I never imagined that I could become a "normal drinker" but if I take my pill whenever I know I'll have a drink, I'll have more control than I ever thought possible.

This program has allowed me to quit…
This program has allowed me to quit alcohol for good after years of suffering. I can't thank Katie Lain and Thrive enough.

It's Called Thrive Because it's about Empowerment
The premium online community for people on The Sinclair Method and using naltrexone. Worth every penny. AA and Al Anon recently were a major contributing factor in destroying my marriage, and Thrive has been instrumental as a support network as so many of us have been damaged by AA and made to feel shame and guilt for years by that toxic, 95% failure-shown program. Thrive utilizes medical science, common sense, proper psychological help and is a program of empowerment and support--not powerlessness, surrender, and 1930s dogma.

So glad I found this
This program has great depth and breadth. Excellent counselors. You make it what you want--everyday support and companionship, a couple times a week check-in, or just occasionally. Great experts, people who have been there, and all the rest of us strivers. I've been very involved, and then other times, not so much. But regardless, I feel very supported and understood. I appreciate the study and research-based content. Really life changing!

There's No Place Like Thrive
Thrive has changed my relationship to alcohol. Thrive is a comprehensive resource for non-abstinence-based alcohol recovery and treatment. Many people eventually give up alcohol altogether for one reason that AA and Malibu can't accomplish: The Sinclair Method works because eventually you lose interest in drinking. Others are able to reach moderate drinking goals (my situation). Thrive provides educational, community, and personalized support, while being a link to the medication-side of the program. There is no place like THRIVE!!

A Thoughtful, Mission-Driven Team Doing Great Work
